The stay at the house was wonderful! José was very helpful and responded quickly. The house is more beautiful than in the photos. The house is a new, airy and beautiful construction. The dam was low and we were able to enjoy and swim, well worth it. The Water of the Dam at Twilight is warm.

I and my family had an excellent time. The house was clean and tidy and matched the descriptions. Clean bed linen and towels, carefully prepared for guests. Everything was well prepared for our stay. The house is well-equipped with household utensils and appliances. Marcelo was always very attentive and polite when we needed to communicate. I would certainly like to return soon with my family.

great house, simple architecture, but all well organized, feeling at home. The house has a vegetable garden, several fruit trees, the pool has sun heating, the position of the pool with the barbecue is great, the house is surrounded, there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and has all necessary utensils.

For me the differential of the house, being in the Riviera Santa Cristina XIII, it was the accommodation to have bedding, bath and pillows available. The fact that I don't have to carry all these items for a 4-day trip, for me and for my family, makes a big difference. The house accommodated in a very comfortable way 7 people. The air-conditioning was also a differential for us in this period when the temperature reached 36º. Sleeping was very enjoyable. The house is located, close to the club - side Yacht and the asphalted sections of the condominium, with this taking walks in the morning was extremely pleasant. The house utensils for everyday use are of good quality and this demonstrates the owner's attention to the guests. Bruno always quickly responded to messages. And it was very attentive every time I had to call it in order to ask any questions. SUPER RECOMMEND THE HOUSE!!!

The House corresponds 100% to the listing. Ótima location, close to the beach of the dam. The pool is great (air-conditioned). The house is cozy with everything you need for a good stay. Integrated Td ( kitchen, living room, barbecue area and pool). The condominium is secure and the house as well. It has all necessary utensils, except bedding, bath and pillows. The rooms are good (very large), the beds tb! The bathrooms are large. The host was super present and quick in communication, provided all the necessary support. In short, it was incredible days! The children took advantage of it.

It was 3 wonderful days, the host is always attentive, the house matches the listing, swimming pool, bathrooms and house all clean, inside the condominium which gave us greater security, super close to the beach, my son and my two dogs enjoyed everything, both the house and the walks in the condominium and beach. I recommend it

The stay was very nice. The house was clean and everything worked perfectly. In addition, it has everything you need, enough dishes, bed linens, blankets. And next to the coffee machine it even had coffee capsules :-) Very generous. Place was lovely. Very quiet, great location, right on the lake with unforgettable sunset and beautiful beach with the possibility to play volleyball and for water sports. In addition, we were in the center of Avaré in no time by car.
