Apartment vacation rentals in Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol

From the warm welcome of strudel and apple juice from their orchard, to ensuring we had all we needed, staying at Monika's home in St Martin in Passeier was a highlight of our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this home away from home to anyone wanting a relaxing break. There is not one negative or drawback to this stay, it was beyond our expectations. Amazing views, and the most wonderful home and amenities. The views are even more spectacular to wake up to than the website is able to show. Both the Holidu team and Monika the owner were incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all queries. My only tip might be to do a shop on the way as you will not want to leave once you have arrived! (seriously) .

It is a beautiful Airbnb with a very nice host but note that there is only one road to get to the house. During our visit the road washed out making it impossible to get to the house the first night and washed out again when we were trying to leave.

Bei der Familie Brugger ist man sofort willkommen! Man fühlt sich als Teil der Familie. Man wird überrascht mit eigenen frischen Eier oder auch Roulade. Für die Kinder ist es dank süssen Hasen, Sandkasten oder auch Trampolin nie langweilig. Fazit, es waren wunderschöne Ferien und wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüsse Familie Jenni

Monika in Martin sta izjemno prijazna, topla, ustrežljiva in komunikativna gostitelja. Garsonjera je bila čista in prijetna, vrt in okolica zelo mirna, lepo urejena in oskrbovana. Možnost stika z domačimi živalmi (konji, kokoši, muce, ovčka) da bivališču pridih domačnosti. Zelo priporočam vsakemu, ki ima rad naravo in živali in želi bivati v mirnem okolju. Martin in Monika sta super gostitelja, tako da se k njima zagotovo vrnemo.

Vielen Dank Oana für den tollen Aufenthalt. Deine Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber, gepflegt eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch für die völlig unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation und den persönlichen Check-In.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!! Sehr modern und gut ausgestattet (exakt wie auf den Fotos), enger Kontakt mit Vermieter Armin, der bei jeder Frage hilft und haustierfreundlich (10€ pro Nacht & Tier zusätzlich zu entrichten). Tolles Panorama aus dem Schlafzimmer und von der Terrasse. Die Lage ist oberhalb des Tals, ruhig umgeben von Höfen, Schafen und Wald. Ohne Auto allerdings schlecht zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um verschiedene Highlights in Südtirol zu erkunden (im Umkreis von einer Stunde Fahrtzeit). Wir hatten wundervolle Tage und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder genau so buchen.

Wir waren 4 Tage auf einen Kurzurlaub da und waren sehr begeistert. Tolle, neue Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönen Ausblick. Man kann in der Umgebung alles leicht mit dem Auto erreichen oder ab Klobenstein mit der Bahn (sehr empfehlenswert für einen Ausflug nach Bozen).

Es war super schön. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Unterkunft sah super modern, top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet aus. Von dort aus kann man wunderbare Wanderwege gehen und auch innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort zur Gondelstation oder zum kleinen Supermarkt gelangen. Bei Bedarf kann man täglich die Sauna mit wunderschönem Panoramablick über das Tal genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ci siamo trovati super bene, host super gentile, ci ha preparato la sauna con una merenda super squisita ci ha fatto molto piacere. La regione è fantastica piena di vigneti, la zona molto tranquilla. Sembrava di essere a casa, l’appartamento ristrutturato stupendo… Consigliamo vivamente

Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania w nadmiarze. Dom przepięknie położony, doskonale wyposażony, wygodny, z bajecznymi widokami z okien. Gospodarz wspaniały - komunikatywny, serdeczny, uśmiechnięty. W samym Lajen - świetnie prowadzona informacja turystyczna, zaplecze spożywcze i restauracyjne. Okolice mają idealne warunki na spacery, rowery ale i leniwy odpoczynek.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber!

Es war ein unglaublich schöner Kurzurlaub. Besondere Freude hatten wir an den Tieren vom Bauernhof, die wir alle gezeigt bekommen haben. Die hauseigenen Produkte waren sehr lecker und absolut zu empfehlen. Man spürt sehr, wie viel Herzblut die Familie in die Ferienunterkunft und in den Bauernhof steckt. Highlight für uns war der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht. Alles war sehr gut mit dem Auto für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal!☺️

Ми провели тут із дівчиною два дні і можу з усією впевненістю сказати, що це найкраще місце, яке ми коли-небудь знаходили через цей додаток. Унікальна місцевість, чиста квартира, панорама яка захоплює подих, джакузі та сауна стали приємним сюрпризом, особливо в дощову погоду. Дякуємо за гостинність, надані послуги та цінні поради! Nice place to stay, quite, peaceful and the view was quite nice, the Apartment location was good and you can explore dolomites area. Aaron the host was very helpful and very communicative, he will assist or give you the information whenever you ask. In the morning they always serve you with the special cake, you just have to pick up in front of the door. I recommended you guys to stay at the apartment..

Mooi huisje met een super mooi uitzicht. We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen en het ontbijt was super! Enige minpunt zou zijn dat het bed erg hard is.

This place is a GEM! We were made to feel welcome by the whole family including their beautiful friendly dog. The apartment is perfect and we couldn’t ask for more. Whether you’re a group of friends or a couple you would be extremely happy with this place. Modern apartment, sauna, rain shower, VIEWS!, balconies, HOT TUB… the list goes on. This is the best Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, cannot recommend enough. Cannot thank our hosts enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

Casa calda e accogliente che soddisfa davvero ogni necessità, onestamente sarà difficile non fare il paragone con altri alloggi in futuro; purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto di persona l'host che però è stato sempre tempestivo nelle comunicazioni e disponibile per piccoli consigli, torneremo sicuramente!!

Wunderbares Chalet in der Nähe von Alta Badia. Perfekt dekoriert und wunderschön eingerichtet. Meine Kinder und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable and peaceful Airbnb! The space was very clean, tastefully decorated, and felt incredibly calming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The fresh air and quiet surroundings made it even more enjoyable. Our host was fantastic—super responsive and kind, replying to messages immediately and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the sweetest touches was the little gift they left for our dog, which absolutely made our day. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly escape with top-notch service. We’d definitely love to come back!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
