Huset passer for deg som ønskjer å bu landleg og miljøvenleg. Det bur naboar tett på, så festing og støy er ikkje tillete!

Welcome to Klokkargarden - the quiet pearl in Aurland! The old part of the house was built 1947 and we are now the 4th and 5th generation living here. It has always been Marit’s favourite place and it is growing on Espen as well. The new part of the house where you find your flat was was finished 2018. The outdoor area is still "work in progress" - but lift your eyes and you can see the beauty of the Aurlandsfjord. The flat is well suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 young children.

Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Wir hatten viel Schnee und haben sehr viele Polarlichter gesehen. Die Unterkunft konnten wir gut erreichen,es war aber sehr hilfreich das Eirik uns Schneeschuhe geliehen hat. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein um zum Ferienhaus zu kommen. Der Ausblick ist toll. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

We had a wonderful stay in Flåm! Spacious and light-filled, especially great for those with children. Most importantly, the bed (end of the hall opposite the bathroom) was the most comfortable of our stay in Norway, on the softer side (I struggle with hard beds). For those who need a firmer bed, the one opposite the front door will suit you. The blinds blocked a fair amount of light, however I would not call them blockout. We still slept well enough regardless. All of the amenities were great, a few (minor) issues during our stay; TV non-functional (a new one has been ordered), no trampoline per listing (3 year old disappointed), water rarely hot (mostly warm), shower head needs replacing, bathroom sink plug seized open, no mirror other than bathroom, no basic pantry items. Note: None of this detracted from our stay! Marek was super-helpful and supportive, all above issues will no doubt be addressed after our stay. Would return in a heartbeat, many thanks! 🙏

Great view of Brekkefossen from the unit. Place for a car on the property. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Dining table seats 7. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the center of Flam. Very clean and nice. Anna-Lise is nice and friendly.

Amazing, peaceful spot 15 minutes from Flam but away from the tourist groups. Stunning location right on the fjord with a huge deck to enjoy the views. Walking distance to a great restaurant Undredal Brygge & the town’s stavekirk. The house was clean & spacious, ideal for us with our 2 year old. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is a DREAM! When we first saw the listing it was top on our list but also a little top on our budget; however, it was absolutely worth the stay! Otillie was so kind and gave lots of recommendations for things to do around the area, but the best thing to do is sit on the back step with the door open looking over the fjord drinking their AMAZING apple cider. You feel secluded even though it’s off a little road, which is quite a steep walk up from town below (just FYI if you don’t have a car). Pictures don’t really do this place justice, and we would absolutely make a trip back to learn more about the family farm and heritage. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

The location of this flat is priceless- right next to the boarding for the fjord cruise, one minute walk to bus stop from Flam and one minute walk to bakery and grocery store. Large living space and has a washer and dryer which we didn’t find both at any of our other Scandinavian airbnbs so we appreciated that.
