Easy to get to. The apartment is very well appointed with plenty of storage. Beautiful view with superb sunsets. It's very spacious and quiet. The large balcony is lovely. Private parking space. The bedding is of very good quality. Great value for money. The explanations are very clear. Pierre and Justine are very responsive and available for any questions. I would highly recommend it

We had a great weekend in this charming house. Plenty of sleeping, well equipped, which is very convenient for a group. Both hosts respond very quickly to messages, are attentive and accommodating. I would recommend it in a second!

Great stay at Sophie's, a relaxing environment, pleasant, quiet, a beautiful pool in the middle of fields on both sides… impeccable comfort with a bathroom and separate toilet for each bedroom! A beautiful living room with a lovely terrace overlooking a beautiful peaceful view of surrounding fields! Sophie and her husband are both discreet (we enjoyed the pool as we saw fit without any restrictions and we were always alone to enjoy it!) and very responsive as soon as we needed something or had a question. Don't hesitate for a stay in Occitania, it's the right place!

Wonderful stay in Ingrid's house, to feel at home. It lacks nothing. Ideal place to disconnect a few days and get away from the bustle of the city. Special mention also to her friend Catherine who was lovely to us at all times, even though our toy puppies incorded the first day in the neighbor😬. We will be back!

A week hung in the sky above Nérac in Sophie's tastefully remodeled farmhouse is worth three elsewhere. The breathtaking view from the top of the hill, the silence of the places, the sometimes outdated cultural richness of this corner of the Albret and the kindness of the hostess gave us a precious break to recharge the batteries before the start of the school year. Our three teenagers come back as delighted as we are. Something about that;).

We had a great weekend with friends. Laetitia was responsive to our requests and is lovely. The house was clean, quiet and well-equipped.

Peaceful and a beautiful place to stay. We were a group of 9 and the place was perfect to spent 2day holiday with a functional barbeque area. Though, we had some electrical issue in the kitchen/exterior, the host was quick to respond and resolve it. There are some horse riding club in the region which could be a hood experience, but you need to plan and reserve directly with the club.

Apartment faithful to the description, do not provide large groceries for your arrival , the apartment has a mini fridge, but there are several supermarkets nearby. The location of this one is quiet with views of the golf course and pleasant atmosphere at the swimming pool ( unheated) .

Clean and sufficient accommodation for our surrounding activities

Comfortable and convenient accommodation, close to the horse pole in a quiet residence. Hygiene is nevertheless to be reviewed, the presence of dirt and hair and there was a strong stale smell.
