Beautiful, spacious with high ceilings + multiple places to gather within larger space; as much fresh air as you might want, or not. Rooftop patio has options for both shade and sun. View is terrific. Garden is lush. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Fresh flowers on dining room table. Beds are on firm side even with foam toppers. Close to plenty of restaurants, park, cultural options (we heard chamber work at nearby church; Luna Media at nearby restaurant; literary presentation at nearby hotel etc) Listen to Rosie: bring your comfortable shoes for walking. Getting home is uphill but it's definitely doable (healthy 60-somethings.) Yes - barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's SMA. Host provides white noise machine or bring your own! Two aspects we love the most: ground floor layout reminiscent of hacienda - rooms wrap around 3 sides of a courtyard. With the sliding roof, you can bring the outside into the courtyard. And most of all - we love Rosie and her team. Exceptional and gracious.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

This was our favorite place we’ve stayed in Mexico. We were here for 2.5 months with our dogs and it was absolutely perfect. Laura is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. She was super accommodating and just lovely. We loved the loft room bc it was so easy to pass things to each other. The AC was a huge plus too. The kitchen was huge too! We cooked many good meals here. The neighborhood is quiet and very authentic, lots of locals. We were honestly sad to leave. If we return to San Miguel De Allende I will absolutely stay here!

Beautiful views from the rooftop decks! Home is centrally located and walkable to all the sights and restaurants of SMA. Guillermo was extremely kind and responsive and answered any questions we had within 10 minutes via the app. He was very accommodating! Would recommend bringing your own shampoos and soaps as those were not available.

Awesome place, we enjoyed literally everything about our stay. The location is amazing, lots of nice restaurants around, City Market (Whole Foods level grocery) right around the corner, quiet residential neighborhood. The house is hidden from the road there was no noise. Inside is super cute and sparkling clean. Linens, towels, all new, the house is packed with everything one might need. Hotel-style bedroom with king bed firm mattress and a choice of pillows. Ice-cold AC w/o restrictions. We even got welcome drinks and some food left by the host which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, Nely met us and shared all local information. The only small issue is the parking, if you are driving a large SUV it may be hard to enter and get out of the yard. Thanks Eric, your place is definitely recommended!

I just want to start off by saying Melissa did a wonderful job with communicating with me. Just felt like home and everything was very accessible and walking distance. Beautiful and delicious restaurant all around where we stay at. The Airbnb instructions were very clear and very helpful as well. Very safe place to stay at, my wife and I felt so comfortable and very satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and stay with Melissa.

Great location and it is as beautiful as the pictures show. Not a big deal, since we were enjoying the sights of SMA, but note there is a dog rescue shelter next door so there will be some barking sometimes. The place is very much like a hotel and the person who maintains the place is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Osacr is an excellent host, the apartment has everything you need and is super clean. The pool was warm and very clean. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. Plus the transportation to the center is incredible... Everything is great, 100% recommended.

I really liked the stay in the place, although some details were missing to clarify, I consider that the stay and the instructions helped me a lot to be able to get to the designated place. I recommend the stay if you want to spend the day in a quiet place and close to downtown, just 3 blocks away.

The condominium that rented us Inés really liked us. It is very well located just blocks from downtown, it has security and the amenities are very good. Inés's attention was very good and timely. In fact we are already planning to return in the near future.

Perfect place to feel the full flavor of San Miguel. The view , the sounds, the sunken mosaic shower tub, the old world brass fixtures, comfortable bed, great practical suggestions.

I spent 10 ansome days in Cynthia rental close to evrything : el centro, a big park and El Mercado Sano y lots of good restaurants. It is a great place to work from and the terrasse at night is a delight. I recommand ++

Very good accommodation option in San Miguel, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the air conditioning is a plus for hot days like the one we had, since you can rest comfortably. The location is good as it is relatively close to the historic center and you can walk to several points of interest or restaurants, especially because parking in the area is scarce and complicated, and you can leave your car safely in the parking lot provided in front of the apartment. We enjoyed a very pleasant evening on the terrace with a very good view.

Carla’s apartment is located in a beautiful, recently developed residential property called Quinta Tenerias in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean with lots of amenities and a wonderful balcony. On the rooftop of Quinta Tenerias there are two terraces. One with a jacuzzi, and both with great views of San Miguel de Allende. Sharon, the manager of Quinta Tenerias, does a fantastic job running the property and was so helpful with a very late check-in. Henry, the concierge, was also so helpful with bookings and attentive to any needs. In short, this is simply a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city!

Great place to stay, I’m from San Miguel but my house is still under renovation. Have stayed a couple of times at his place and it’s super peaceful, great for me because I work from home, internet is fast. Also very short walking distance to main square, restaurants, bars, market, close to everything necessary.

A luxury apartment, clean, good location and with security. 10 minutes walk from downtown San Miguel de Allende. I highly recommend it.
