The apartment is comfortable, has everything you need and is tastefully furnished. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and very well connected. A welcome basket The owner is very friendly and communicative. If you want to eat, there is a small restaurant right next door called Ibor. You can eat very well with quality products.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We had a great stay at Paula’s studio flat in Madrid! The neighborhood is nice and we could walk everywhere and explore the city with ease. The flat itself is cosy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Paula was incredibly responsive and kind, making communication super easy too. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Thanks again!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Although it was only 2 nights, Maria's accommodation more than satisfied me and my 7 relatives. cleanliness, tidiness, good water pressure in the showers, and the basic elements for using the kitchen, with spaciousness, comfort, and safety. Nights of quiet rest. EXCELLENT value for money. Maria responded quickly.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Excellent accommodation, very cozy, you can see that Antonio planned down to the last detail to make one feel comfortable. The sector is a little far away without a car, however the connectivity is wonderful. Restaurants, supermarkets nearby, an ideal front park if you're traveling with pets and family. No noise, ideal for resting. Highly recommended!!

The place is very functional and beautiful, you have a very beautiful view and Pilar was very helpful with all the details. We regret that the pool was not enabled, it was very hot and it looked very attractive to cool off.

We had a truly excellent stay at Victoria's home. We were a family group of 6 adults and 3 children, and we all feel extremely welcome. Victoria was an impeccable host – always very attentive, available, with clear, fast and effective communication. The house fully corresponds to what is presented in the listing: beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, in a calm and pleasant environment, ideal for both relaxing and enjoying family moments. The children had great fun and the adults were able to enjoy all the comfort and tranquility of the space. Perfect location with everything you need nearby. The urbanization and apartment has everything we need. Clean, comfortable apartment at a very good price, they even have 4 paddle paddles to take advantage of the track. Diana's attention is perfect, facilitating everything to make arrival as convenient as possible. We will definitely repeat it.

Maria’s place was perfect for both of us. We felt really comfortable and we were able to get anywhere we wanted fairly easy. She is a great host and her friend also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Carrefour express is next door, the metro is so closed too. We will be back!

The apartment matched the photos, it's more, it wins in person, very well decorated and you feel at home. Good parking space, which helps in Madrid. Nieves was very helpful and friendly, we'll be back for sure!
