I rate it 20/10 because the apartment is beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. I was surprised to have my own gazebo, which we were able to enjoy. The location is excellent, 7 blocks from the Mariscal shopping mall, and one block away there's a 24-hour supermarket. 24-hour security too and very friendly. Everything is easy to get to by car. The area is very nice with modern buildings. A few minutes away from everything by car. And Marcelo surprised us with some sodas and chocolates as a nice touch. A gesture my kids loved. Well-equipped with impeccable appliances, even a washer-dryer that we didn't use but was beautiful. The truth is a luxury. We'll definitely be back and I recommend it 100%.

Great place, building is awesome

Great house, nice and convenient location, felt very secure. Tomás as very responsive…a few minor issues were solved right away! Only wish is the the beautiful pool had been warm enough to use.

I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a quiet and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick access. The only thing is that it's a little far from downtown and there's a lot of traffic, so keep the times in mind when leaving to go somewhere. Sergio's service was always excellent, always attentive to everything, and very communicative. The house is large and beautiful. 100% recommended.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

Very nice place I felt comfortable but the cable TV was missing and the drinking water system was missing.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

Good value for money... I like sunlight in the place and thought it was a balcony... but the complex is a few different apartments and this one is one the ground floor... the only real sunlight comes through the bedroom windows, but it wasn't much of a worry, and if you don;t care then it's great. Location is AWESOME! Gym, shops, bars, clubs... brilliant! Place is huge, simple, but everything you need. Aircon was great with one unit cutting out the last day, but temp was fine in the place the whole time, even with super hot days. No blackouts at all, which is unusual for long periods of time. Good stay, good place, great beds, kitchen is good. Very pleased

The apartment is very comfortable and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with good weather. You have everything you need to cook, eat, and rest, plus hot and cold water. Check-in was super fast, even though we entered and left the building at dawn. Since it was a little cold, we didn't use the pool on the terrace, but it has a spectacular view of the city, perfect for chatting and enjoying. In addition, Valentin is an excellent host; he responds quickly and is always ready to help and talk about his experiences in Paraguay, as are the doormen — I definitely recommend this location!

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excellent apartment! Good location in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, fully equipped, with two complete rooms with two double beds and a split in each one, a small balcony with a beautiful view. A car enters the garage quietly, I don't know if it's a van or a long car. And to highlight the building's guards, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back! 100% recommended!
