Each guest has an opportunity to tour the Pillar Rock Cannery, originally established in 1877. Lewis and Clark also camped here and documented they first saw the ocean. Located on the banks of the Columbia River, the cabin has absolutely fantastic views! View and enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, with access from the cabin. Upstream is a stunning view of historical Pillar Rock.

Just steps from the original settlement in the historic district, our house is within a few blocks of the Columbia River Maritime Museum, the Heritage Museum, the Ft. George and Reach Break breweries, the Bow Picker and the Riverwalk. This house features off street parking (a rare find in downtown) and a full upstairs suite.

You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and the iconic ''Goonies House.'' 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl are all in walking distance as well as the streetcar to downtown. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. They do not have access to the hot tub or deck. Astoria license HSL25-01.
