Very nice apartment, great location in the heart of Montpellier. Less than 10 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the Comédie. Comfortable apartment, very well decorated, tastefully. The terrace is nice. You feel good about this place very quickly. Great stay.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

The accommodation is in a great location, a few steps from the beaches of the grau du roi,shop restaurant too. Accommodation is as described,ideal for a couple with two children. It was clean when we arrived. Géraldine is a responsive and very friendly host which facilitates contact. She gave us some good advice about the area when we arrived. I would recommend without hesitation.

Katarina and Lars' apartment is very nice, completely renovated and in all respects as described . The view of the pond of Thau is superb and the terrace is nice to watch the sunset. We spent the new year week there and enjoyed the small village of Bouzigues which has a lot of charm. Free parking is also appreciated as long as you avoid restaurant schedules where it can be a little more difficult to find space. In conclusion, it's difficult to be disappointed with this stay and we will gladly go back Sarah and Jean Marc

Hello, it's a beautiful renovation in a former quality studio that gives the impression that the whole space has been thoughtfully designed! The choice of products was not made at a discount and so we have quality equipment… With a little extra for the terrace and quick access to the city center. Bedding a little stiff but large 160 appreciable. You can find places at the top of the neighborhood without paying for parking Really great choice, value for money and quality of hospitality. Thank you.

Townhouse quite close to the train station and at the same time the center which is a 5-minute walk. Very nice little patio, comfortable bedding and quick and easy exchanges with the owner! Recommended!

Responsive and adaptable host. 3 beautiful bedrooms with plenty of beds. Very small indoor kitchen but in this period we took advantage of the outdoors and it was perfect. We had a great time. The house perfectly matches the listing, very well equipped and very clean. A few nice touches (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, shower gel sample...). Karine was super responsive when we contacted her and very accommodating about check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend it and keep the address, we'll be happy to come back.

Good apartment in the middle of the city and with free parking

The accommodation is large, very clean, functional with all the necessities available for cooking. The large balcony overlooks the lazaret beach, very quiet at the time we went there (spring vacation). Host is responsive and very courteous. We were greeted by Melanie who very kindly introduced us to the premises. In short, a pleasant stay in this apartment.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

This is a truly excellent place, in particular for the garden and pool which are beautiful, but also the extent of the rooms, the very comfortable bed, and a mass of useful features and extras e.g. pool towels and kitchen supplies, to say nothing of a wide range of reading materials. The kitchen itself is very well equipped though the space itself is rather small. The owner's guide to local activities etc is comprehensive. Overall, a memorable stay.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away.
