Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer an entire summer cottage for relaxing. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that sleeps a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fridge, a dining area, a wood fireplace and a couch. The guesthouse that is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the ability to charge phones. There is a mole toilet inside, but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linen and towels we provide. The forest offers lots of berries and mushroom

Park your car and leave all the stress behind you,the cottage is accessed by a boat trip of 200m and is absolutely magically beautiful in the Gulf of Spässerudsen. The cottage is powered by LPG and by batteries recharged by the sun and the attic. Hot and cold sea water and Wi-Fi is available. Access to sauna, 3 boats, of which a pedal boat and docks to swim from. A place of total relaxation and reflection.

Enjoy the beautiful Swedish countryside. Take a walk down to the lake Rottnen for a morning swim, or enjoy a long breakfast on the veranda. If you like hiking there are plenty of paths to follow and if you are lucky you will see an elk or deer. The house has a high standard with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the lake and landscape. Four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and tv-room with Netflix. House with two guest houses and home office directly at the lake. From the houses you have a unique view of the Lillesjön and the beautiful orchard garden. The house is located on a quiet path, yet the supermarket and restaurant/pizzeria/uHembyggsgarden are within walking distance. Around the house, there are plenty of treats, biking, and kayaking trails. Trekking bikes with child seat, boat, crib, cot can be added. The house is heated with sea heat in an environmentally friendly way.

There is also a rowing boat that you can borrow. good connections to all kinds of excursions, Like Arvika with arts and crafts and museums and Glaskogen nature reserve where you can hike for several days.
