Welcome to a charming, retro apartment 10 km from Odense. Apartment (50 m2) is located in a quiet area in Tarup-Davinde Nature Reserve with swimming lakes - 500 m to the nearest swimming lake. Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

45 sqm in peaceful, rural surroundings. On the ground floor there is an entrance to the kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove and bathroom. A steep staircase leads up to the sleeping area with a workspace. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue, firewood and box for waste sorting. The apartment is located in a park-like garden of 1.8 hectares of lake. The back part of the grounds has been released to nature, where we try to do more for biodiversity. The apartment is a short drive from Odense, Egeskov, etc.

The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. Lejligheden består af 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, New Yorker inspireret badeværelse med brus og åbent køkken/spise og opholdsstue med sovesofa. By train Odense is only 15 minutes away. The apartment is 10 kilometres from the University of Southern Denmark, the hospital and Rosengårdscentret.

Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In rural surroundings... 5 min walk to Årslev train station. 10 min walk to grocery store, 2 min to cafe and various small specialty shops. The home is on one level, with a nice kitchen/living room, underfloor heating throughout the house. 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub in one bathroom. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a stay.

Idyllic farmhouse in the heart of Funen

Atmospheric and centrally located in Årslev. The house is located in quiet environment next to nice old church. 500 meters from the house is the local swimming lake. There is access to the whole house. There are two cute cats, which, however, are most outdoorsy. In addition, there are chickens and free use of eggs (: 5 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping. 15 minutes from Odense, 25 minutes from Egeskovslot.
