We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station, etc.) Very well equipped and well arranged. Very clean accommodation in a peaceful neighborhood close to the Eurovelo 4 route. Good for bike riders because you can put two bikes inside the apartment in the large entrance.

Had a lovely stay at Nicolas's. When I arrived, Nicolas had left something to eat, nice touches. The bedding is of good quality as well as the linens. He was responsive during our various exchanges. The place is 20 m from the main street. The accommodation is easy to access and very well equipped. Not having to look for a parking space is a luxury. I will be sure to return to Nicolas's on my next visit to Cabourg. Thank you 🙏

Very nice apartment with an amazing view to the sea! Incredible sunsets to admire from the inside. The beach is literally right across from the apartment exit. This one is very well-equipped, the bedding is excellent and the cleaning is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Apartment in all respects in accordance with the description and photos. The location is great for accessing restaurants and activities. The balneo is great, very comfortable, bigger than it looks! Note that given the location, there is inevitably a little noise at night, but again, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm of this street, given its proximity to the city center.
