The apartment is very neat and clean. The amenities are good. Everything works perfectly and is easy to use. I stayed 3 nights and attended a sculptor workshop in Kelze. The corresponding studio is a 3-minute walk. I really enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I'd love to come back when I attend my next workshop.

The location, decor and amenities are simply a dream! The fast accessibility and easy communication with David was great, there is nothing to complain about. Thanks for everything! :)

A great stay, enjoyed the time a lot!

Very friendly, quiet hosts who greet their guests in person, great! The apartment is really very spacious. Someone who wants to enjoy absolute peace is in the best hands at this place... not quite true, once a day the church bell rings at 7:00 am :-)

It was 2 beautiful vacation days at this home! Would love to come back!; especially since we have relatives nearby and are often in the area! We wish Bärbel and her family many nice guests!

We stayed at Helen's for a short girls' weekend. We were so nicely received by your very dear mother, who explained and showed us everything. We found her very likeable and felt immediately welcome and comfortable! 🥰 You can tell how much love and work is put into the wonderful house and the huge garden. We especially liked the fact that the whole property is fenced, so that our two dogs could always play in the garden and we were not afraid that they would run into the street. 🐶🐶 The location is a dream, everything is very idyllic and the area is great for long walks. We will definitely come back! 🥰

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless and full of surprises (starry sky, mood lighting, etc.). Apartment more spacious than the photos suggest, so a good surprise there again! The whole family was delighted!

Great apartment for a family stay in a quiet little town

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were happy as small treats were waiting for both. There is a dog bed, towels and so on. We can only recommend.

We had a great, light-flooded and spacious apartment, with everything you needed. The sauna, with a clear view of the valley, is the highlight. In nice weather, you can use a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sunset. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Everything worked out great. The apartment is extremely spacious, well equipped and bright, and the area is very quiet. We were able to relax excellently. Thank you for everything – including the chocolate Easter bunny! It was really delicious!

It was really very nice here. For the children, the animals were an experience and the many toys too. We also enjoyed the nearby excursions. The apartment is nice and clean. Margret and her husband were very helpful and we were even allowed to ride ponies. My kids want to come back!

We had a great stay in the beautiful attic apartment "Loft"! The apartment was perfect for our group of five – spacious, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The large windows and the open design created a great, bright atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living area, where we could sit together in the evening. The location was ideal and quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful to organize additional things that may be needed. We felt very comfortable and would recommend this place at any time! Thank you for the wonderful time.

The time at Rainer's place was great. Everything you need was already there. Large rooms, great light and even a games collection ! We had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable. See you next time!

Everything perfect. Parking spaces for the motorcycles in the garage were offered by the host on their own. Very attentive.

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

Everything worked out great, easy check-in and super nicely located near the park. With baby we had to check in as early as possible, which was no problem either. So everything is great, happy to come back!
