Your home was very clean and super comfortable. We appreciated your communication and help with local information. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen very well stocked with pans, silverware and condiments. TV reception was solid and the WIFI was also great. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. The house was also very close to lots of beautiful hikes and some breathtaking beaches. We highly recommended your home!

This place is a gem. Beautifully renovated and decorated. So clean and tidy I thought maybe I was the first guest, until I saw all the happy comments in the guest book. Donald is absolutely a top-tier host. Will definitely be back.

Air nam Fiadh

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ann’s place—five stars all around! Ann went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even making sure the couch bed was all set up for our two children since we were arriving later in the evening. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome provisions—fresh local meats, breads, desserts and milk—all absolutely delicious. Both the main bed and the couch bed were incredibly comfortable, with warm, cozy linens that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and clean-up was quick and easy. Instructions for using the house and checking in and out were clear and straightforward, making the whole experience stress-free. Ann was extremely accommodating, and the little cabin is perched higher up in a peaceful, scenic spot surrounded by lovely pastures. The kids and I especially enjoyed watching the sheep in the nearby fields. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
A cozy living area is highlighted by a teal sofa adorned with patterned cushions. A wooden beam stretches across the ceiling, enhancing the space. A bright bouquet of yellow flowers rests on a white cabinet, while a lantern pendant light adds warmth to the ambiance.

Tach Chalum, Achmore, Isle of Lewis

Lovely welcome pack of a complete G&T kit. Easy to find the location with Christine's instructions, to be honest as soon as you turn a bend on the main road you see the cottage standing proud on the hill. We had excellent communication and the recommendations for places to visit and eat are perfect. Crusts Pizza van is minutes from the location order online and collect its amazing, quality food and service. The peace around the cottage is beautiful especially first thing in the morning with the mist over the many lochs in the valley and the deer wandering around. The log burner on a wet and windy day is perfect to sit at the high top table and watch the weather pass by. Uig Sands at 6.30am was deserted, the campers still asleep, the whole beach to ourselves. The drive to Harris is beautiful with a road ascent that's quite exposed in places. Harris distillery worth visiting. On the whole perfect accommodation in the perfect place close to everywhere to visit with a feeling of remoteness

Your Escape in Scottish Paradise

Clean, spacious, warm and quiet home on a quiet residential road. The property overlooks a loch joining the sea and is great for calm and quiet. Mac was very responsive and we had no problems. We loved the space and it was a well equipped kitchen which is not always a given. WiFi was great if you need it and the heating etc was all straightforward and effective. Lovely having two bathrooms too. Near various historic sites. And also pretty beaches (20-30 mins drive), and a lovely play park if you have kids near Eoropie Beach.

A beautiful little place in the peaceful setting of Port Ness. Chris was very helpful with detailed instructions so finding the place, getting in and figuring out heating etc was super easy. The house is spotless, well decorated, quiet and comfortable - all you can ask for. Walking distance to Eoropie beach and about 40 minutes drive from Stornoway, which adds to the quiet experience. Highly recommended and would stay again
An outdoor decking area is presented, featuring a wooden picnic table surrounded by benches. Natural light is cast across the space by the bright sun overhead, with expansive views of the surrounding greenery and fencing visible in the background.

BelindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The two houses are right next to each other, clearly visible from the street, a lot of free space around them with a good view towards the Atlantic (sunset). There is everything you need inside and everything is beautifully bright and tastefully furnished. You can eat well nearby, take great excursions and walks and are in Stornoway in less than 30 minutes. Recommended!
