The fully equipped studio, with private bathroom with toilet, kitchen/sitting room and bedroom is equipped with all comforts. Wifi and air conditioning are free of charge. The bedroom has an extra length bed. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, 2-burner stove Nespresso machine, kettle and refrigerator. Coffee cups, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided. The bed is made for you and towels are available. Parking is on private property. The entrance is accessed by one flight of stairs

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Easy to heat, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave oven and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, Wifi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom) , 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and walking distance to a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is available.

the hip modekwartier of the city center!

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are so in the fun, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upper house (1st & 2nd floor). the fine, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from where you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe perfectly. i'm still finishing up in the kitchen and live here myself when I don't rent out, so there are also personal items available; nice and homely 😉

Comfortable apartment close to town and nature

You will feel completely at home in this cozy and centrally located accommodation. Walking distance to the river Rhine and the green Park Mariendaal. The bus stops just around the corner and will take you to the cozy center of Arnhem in 5 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and on hot days you can sit in the sunny garden with cozy veranda. Within walking distance you will find the spacious supermarket and restaurant Bloff for a delicious dinner or drink. Street parking is free.

This cozy apartment with no less than three entrances has a lovely vaulted ceiling. Its warm travertine floors are heated. In the bed room the Auping double bed is adjustable. A stone stairway leads directly into the garden. Adjoining the bed room are a toilet with sink and a walk-in shower. In the living room there is an extra single bed, and a coach and sofa. There is an interactive flatscreen tv with blue-ray player, a dining table for four, and an open kitchen under the stairs.

Ruimtelijk heerlijk licht appartement met balkon, en centraal gelegen. Je bevindt je op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum, 3 minuten van het prachtige sonsbeekpark, 5 minuten van het modekwartier en 10 minuten van het centraal station. Ondanks dat je op een centraal toplocatie zit, is het een rustige buurt zonder geluidshinder. Modern apartment located on the ground floor of a city villa in the heart of Arnhem. There's a private entrance and a free covered, enclosed parking spot.
