The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Excellent location. Eliza was very nice and responsive and helped with a couple of things we needed during our stay!

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Ani was so kind and lives nearby so there is no issue at all. Great deal for the price, the place is as what mentioned on the listing. Will surely recommend this especially for a group of travelers. Over all, good!🌟

Large apartment in the heart of Yerevan. Area full of restaurants and shops but also quiet.

The apartment’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Metro. Both Shengavit and Garegin Nzhdeh Square stations are about a 10-minute walk away, though we preferred Shengavit because the walk there is nicer. There are several supermarkets nearby, all open until late. The closest one is Evrika, just a few steps away. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pans, cutlery, tableware, and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc. The WiFi was fast and stable. I was able to work and join online meetings without any lag. Our flight arrived very late at night (around 4 AM), and Amalya was very kind to let us check in at that time. The area is quite residential, so you won’t see many other foreigners around, but everything you need is within walking distance. The street can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but the windows insulate against the noise very well, which is great. Definitely recommend it! Thanks, Amalya and Artak!

I had the best stay it felt like I was staying at a luxury five star hotel not an apartment. The accommodation was lovely , beautiful and spotless. Amenities were all catered for, it had a very comfy bed and a smart TV. It’s about a ten minute walk to the cascade complex and the shop under the apartment was very handy. Saro was very welcoming and friendly and always communicated well. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Attention, attention. First of all, I want to thank this cultured, intelligent and good person owner for everything. Very clean house. Great location. Very good follow-up from the owner. In this house you don't need anything extra. It was the best house I have ever rented. The owner and his daughter were very nice and hospitable people. The supermarket under the house made things very convenient. I definitely recommend everyone to go there and enjoy.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The apartment is traditionally stylish and clean. Arsen is an amazing helpful host. He helped us contact a reliable car driver and is always responsive. Alaverdi is also an amazing place worth visiting. We had great 2 days there.

A very good stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner gave good advice and was very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to greet us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here, Hasmik is a wonderful host who was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment had an incredible view of Mt Ararat and was conveniently located a short walk away from the Cascade complex, as well as the centre of Yerevan. We would love to visit again.

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in — they made everything easy and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
