Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Delia's house in Cabo Roig last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and how well-equipped the house was. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and the vibrant Cabo Roig strip with its many shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area with our children so convenient. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family. Delia was a fantastic host. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We would wholeheartedly recommend Delia's house to any family looking for a fantastic holiday in Cabo Roig. The combination of a comfortable and well-located property with a welcoming host made for a truly memorable trip. We hope to return in the future!

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

El apartamento es precioso, igual que en la foto, muy bien ubicado en el centro de alicante, aún estando en una zona muy turística la calle es muy tranquila. Volveré si vuelvo a Alicante!

El apartamento está super bien, nos sentimos como en casa. Hay un supermercado solo 5 minutos caminado. La Vista desde el balcón ha sido super bonita. Antonio siempre ha sido pendiente y amable. Seguramente volveremos algún día.

This is a great location. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 to the Esplanade, Old Town and myriad restaurant choices. Grocery shopping, bakeries, transit & a mall are close by. You may want to get a transit card for your stay. The walk back from downtown is pretty up hill. The space is well set up with a good dining and social area. We cook and the kitchen worked well for us when we weren't enjoying tapas or arroz at one of the many local spots. Supplies of laundry & dish soap carried us through our long stay. Carlos was super responsive and helpful including suggesting local services.

Host was very helpful and attentive. Place was very well equipped, with everything needed. Comfortable bed, and clean. Great experience all round :)

Vi har haft 10 gode dage i Alicante- har set mange spændende ting. Har benyttet os af Letbanen, som fungerer perfekt. Vi har nydt strandområde som er ca. 800 m fra lejligheden. Lejligheden er i fin stand, vi manglede ikke noget. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Buscaba un sitio para desconectar y disfrutar de la montaña y la casita de Maria es perfecta.Tiene una vistas muy bonitas y hay mucha tranquilidad. Maria muy atenta y lo que me hiciera falta. El sitio si te gusta la montaña es perfecto muchas rutas para hacer. Volveré seguro

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. it was a wonderful experience to stay at Venesa's place. She was very supportive and quick response on all the questions. Apartment was in a good state, location was great. 5 min to beach. 5 min to local super market. I really recommend and would book again when I travel to Alicante. Thank you very much Venesa:)

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, con la playa al lado y servicios como restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías en la misma calle. El tener aparcamiento incluido es un plus, además de todas las comodidades que incluye el apartamento como todo lo necesario para cocinar, bastantes toallas y ropa de cama extra e incluso accesorios de playa. Además, Paco te facilita toda la información con antelación. Recomiendo el apartamento sin dudarlo!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marija. L’appartement est superbe, avec tout le confort et une superbe vue sur la mer. Bégonia est très sympathique et elle nous a répondu très rapidement quand nous avons eu besoin d’échanger . Une adresse à retenir ♥️ Merci pour tout
