A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

I had already been there before, I chose it again because of the good location and at the same time it seems to me a very comfortable and complete place. The place is always impeccable, and they're also very flexible with schedules!

we simply "FEEL AT HOME" impeccable everything... Everything was tidy, clean, close to everything... There is peace here in the area. spacious rooms and bathrooms, full kitchen... fully air-conditioned environment...! Everything was very cozy. It's to come back a thousand times.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, well decorated and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything I needed: markets, restaurants, public transportation and tourist spots. I felt at home all the way through the trip. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Juan Pedro’s apartment. The space is bright and comfortable, with amazing views from the big corner windows and a balcony to enjoy. It’s well-equipped with everything you need—good internet, a cozy and comfortable bed, a desk for working, a big comfy couch, and a big TV. The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and easy walking access to Paseo Galleria and Shopping del Sol. The kitchen has all the essentials, and security at the building was very friendly and helpful. Juan Pedro was a great host—always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Oh, and if you like plants, you’re in for a treat. The apartment has plenty of them. Thankfully, security can take care of the watering, so you won’t have to worry about accidentally inheriting a small jungle during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

It's walkable to groceries, restaurants, and shops, with friendly lobby staff and beautiful city views from both the room and rooftop. Manuel was very responsive and accommodating. I felt very good , the spotless place, super quiet, it has everything you need to rest , cook something. Located meters from Los Jardines, a large supermarket, very comfortable . Monica from the first moment super attentive , flexible with the times ( I had an inconvenience with the time of arrival and immediately gave me a solution). Excellent everything! Osvaldo is an excellent host. He kindly accepted our late check-out request, and quickly responded to our inquiry during the stay. The house has everything you need to prepare all kinds of meals and the neighborhood is quiet. The manager who received us made sure we were settled in before leaving. Recommended!
