Our stay was great. The house is excellent, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is very good. We were made to feel very welcome. Whenever we needed the host José we responded promptly.

The stay was great. We were in a group of 8 adults, so we got houses 2, 3 and 4. All the houses are very comfortable, everyone liked the bed and bedding. The houses were also very well equipped with everything we needed. The accommodations are relatively small, but they are very modern and cozy. I also found the location very good, a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with good access to what we needed.

The apartment was very clean, my girlfriend says and she knows something about it. Furnishings were good, everything you need. Safe area and grocery stores nearby.

I’m sure you won’t find a better location in town. Close to both malls with tons of restaurants and shopping. You can’t get better than here. The view from the balcony, unbeatable. Walther and his team are highly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. When I return, I will definitely be staying in one of their units!

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

I 100% recommend Lelia and her family's accommodation, the apartment is very spacious and beautiful, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly, and it's totally worth it.

Beautiful Tree top apartment with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC in all of the rooms, super clean, and well equipped kitchen. There's a handy laundry room, and a deck that over looks a park. Bonus: a roof top pool! Excellent 24 hour front door reception is a cherry on top. This is our home away from home when we visit Asunción. Host is very communicative and kind. Lovely space.
