The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

Sandra always responds quickly to questions and Maria helps with whatever is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away for shopping and the "Boulangerie" that makes very good bread.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also to be appreciated is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this place again.

Christina is accommodating and kind, really helped us out when we arrived, hot, tired and early. An exceptional bottle of wine welcomed us as well as all the little things that make a trip more than comfortable.

The apartment is outside the city center, but very well connected—just a short walk to the metro. Huge bonus: it’s within walking distance of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The place was clean, comfortable, and having 1.5 bathrooms was a big plus. Also loved the convenience of having a supermarket in the same building.

Hugo was extremely attentive right from the start. He even checked in with us to make sure we were ok. His local guidebook was most useful esp at the start of our stay. The flat is in a nice safe neighborhood with local shops and bars. It is also at 10 min walk from the end of Gran Via making downtown so easy to get too provided you want to walk. If you can, do walk so as not to miss the little squares and cafes all around. The sun terrace was a great amenity we spent the start and end of our days there. Plenty of coffee sugar condiments etc and there was water and milk in fridge. My son even played Hugo’s guitar which was he loved. Wonderful stay!

I highly recommend this loft-style accommodation. A housekeeper ensures cleanliness between each guest's stay. The apartment was impeccable. A big thank you to Carlos for his responsiveness and advice. The light in the master bedroom can wake you up because the shutters are not dark enough and unfortunately we came during the works but this does not detract from the proper location of the accommodation.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

We really enjoyed staying here. Communication with the owner was quick, smooth, and a very warm and attentive person. The house is very well connected to the center of Madrid and with a €10 RENFE voucher, we have been able to and will be able to travel unlimitedly by train for a few months, which being on the outskirts did not mean so much expense in transportation. Everything is very clean and pleasant, equipped with everything you need, and in a quiet place. (as some commented, in one of the rooms there is no window, only in the other, but this was not a problem for us.) We would definitely repeat.

From the beginning, the host was clear with the instructions, I was able to get there very well and enter the accommodation perfectly. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very nice and equipped with everything you need. The area is very good too: lots of cafes, restaurants, several metro stations, the center is very close... The only thing I could say is that there was no shampoo or capsules for the coffee maker, but everything else is great.

We enjoyed our stay on this apartment. It was clean and met all our needs. Very nice rooms. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!
