Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). The children's area with pumptrack and skillsarena is also right nearby. and bus stop for bus to the city center also right next door. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Super nice 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm with a great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Lake Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre square, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 double bed of continental model 160 cm + 1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to a heated storage room for storing skis and boots. A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Åre Stay - Lovely apartment centrally located, close to everything

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for full weeks.
