This property is situated very close to the centre. Has a beautiful view of the peak, food deliveries work great. Mr Sufiyan was too kind and was available for us each and every time we needed help with. He went above and beyond his time to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The property is huge, very well maintained, a lot of natural sunlight, recently renovated. The pictures don't justify the same, you need to visit this place. Beautiful place! Had a lovely weekend with friends and family. Great service by Mr Matthew and Sumanth. Very responsive host answering all my queries. Good food and nice activities to do around the property. Totally worth it. My only feedback - 1. Washrooms don’t have great ventilation 2. Complimentary breakfast could be offered, since we have to depend on the place for all meals, given the place is so far away from the town area. And food prices are a little on the higher side.

We were a family of four and felt like we were visiting a dear friend. Karthik is a warm, heartfelt host, and his home set amidst serene coffee plantations and birdsong was pure bliss. From sound bath healing session and learning the didgeridoo to enjoying authentic home made Malnad cuisine, it was a truly enriching escape. We had a fantastic time, were offered great hospitality like a family, of course I made a new friend, and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend

What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

I booked this place for family stay and it turned out exactly as per my expectations. This is beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Got safe place for parking. Host connected us to the caretaker who was always responsive. You have good restaurants in 2-3 kms range with few eateries nearby by. Very peaceful and my family really enjoyed the stay. A definite recommendation.

Our stay at this beautiful villa nestled in scenic Mudigere near Chikmagalur was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Sushma and her husband welcomed us with warmth and made sure we were well taken care of. The villa was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the breezy terrace – perfect spots to unwind. When we unexpectedly faced a power cut and a fuse issue late at night, they went out of their way to come all the way and fix it themselves — their care and commitment truly stood out. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d gladly return again.
