Rosa's apartment is modern and comfortable. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. There is parking space in the street and with the elevator you are quickly in the medieval part. Rosa was very flexible with the arrival time and she had baked us a nice cake. I highly recommend this apartment

We rented another apartment but on the day of arrival Marisol warned us that the air conditioning was not going and changed us to another superior apartment. To improve: communication by whats, it took a long time to respond

We went to spend a weekend due to an event that was held there and the apartment we loved it, everything was very clean and in detail . If we came back we wouldn't look more places The only thing to improve for saying something is that communication was sometimes difficult. Better call them than talk through the app. Thank you very much for everything

Our stay has been very pleasant. Alexandra and Antonio were charming from the moment we arrived: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. They even left us an extra inflatable mattress when they saw that the sofa bed could only fit two adults, a detail that shows their initiative and good disposition. The apartment was very clean and well-kept, perfect to spend a few days. The bathroom may be a bit small if there are six people, as was the case with us. The terrace was a plus, of course :). Thank you for everything, we would definitely repeat!

The place is very close to the beach, good area for a walk and look for places to shop and eat. Garage within the community that is greatly appreciated. Fully equipped house, which is very well equipped with your life the day you arrive.

The apartment is very nice, there is parking nearby and it is conveniently located. The pool was a plus, we didn't think it would be open at this time. And what we liked the most was the jacuzzi in the same room. It has a large terrace, too bad we couldn't enjoy it because we were there for a short time. And it's also nice that the beach is a few minutes away by car.

Our stay in the apartment was great. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome, she was very attentive and helpful to us. The apartment is just as described in the photos, brand new, well-kept, in a central area, close to a supermarket, the main restaurant area, as well as the beach. The apartment is great, ideal for both a family and couples, very comfortable, it has enough dishes, and everything you need to spend a few days on vacation and relaxation.

Everything is great, the apartment is fantastic and the property's facilities are a 10! If you want a more touristy area with a lot of atmosphere, especially at night, this is not your apartment. It's a destination to go with family, do a lot of things during the day and rest at night. Carmen is super nice and Ruth too, both very attentive. Ruth also has great ideas on things to do and places to eat in the area. If we go back to that area, we will definitely stay here again!

We went to play a soccer tournament and we couldn't have chosen a better place, good restaurants, all kinds of shops and supermarkets very close. Totally recommended.

Apartment in a good location and away from the crowds. Perfect for being close to the beach and downtown Peñíscola but without the inevitable noise of mass tourism.

A super cozy apartment, very comfortable and close to both Benasque and Cerler ski resort. Luis Ignacio took care to have details, like leaving basic things in the house (salt, oil, coffee, body wash...) Good communication from the first moment. It has been very short for us, we would stay here for other ski days.

10th place to stay and a 10th host. Jennifer is very kind, always attentive to requests and suggestions and very accessible and open to everything . The accommodation is very well equipped, a plus that had oil, vinegar, salt, toilet paper …. Lots of things for a weekend or more time . There were board games for the kids too. Very clean and very practical. The views are very nice . If we have to repeat we will definitely choose Jennifer's Iris house again.

The accommodation is very well located, very close to shops and the nerve center of Laspaules but far enough away for total tranquility. An ideal starting point for walks, excursions and tours through the centers of the municipality of Laspaules. We'll be back.
