The house is very nice, as seen in the images of the listing. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and clean. Very comfortable and with everything you need for an excellent stay. Rodrigo, always attentive and responding quickly to any concerns. It is worth mentioning that the house is very well equipped, and all the appliances are electric. It is located in the vicinity of the forest, a few kilometers from the town of La Pedrera, which gives it privacy and an area to rest and clear your mind in a rugged landscape. To go down to the sea, you have to walk for about 1 km. Very good value for money. Absolutely recommended.

The house and the place are exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very organized and clean. A very complete house with dishes, appliances, bedrooms (excellent and new mattresses) and common areas. The beach is 200 meters away and the neighborhood has several stores and other establishments very close by. Ramiro and Rosana were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beyond being flexible not only at check-in but also at check-out, they were very friendly and courteous with our needs. I highly recommend the Tres Maria house, the location (quiet and a beautiful beach) and the accommodations (we were 9 people) I'm sure we'll be staying with my big family again.

After another place falling through day of, Jorge accommodated us within minutes and we were in the house after only 10 minutes of booking. He went out of his way to help and even brought extra fans in the middle of the night. House location is amazing. House has character and is well taken care of. Thank you!

The house is beautiful, in a very nice environment, at night you can hear the sea and the frogs. You can also see a lot of native fauna and flora. The house has beautiful lighting and a sunset view, and a very comfortable layout of the rooms and spaces. It is important to go by vehicle as the terminals and shopping places are not so close. We will be back!

The house, the location and the service of both Viviana and Santiago were excellent, always available and at the same time very discreet. The photos perfectly reflect the place, the house is well equipped and everything works perfectly. The view, barbecue and heated pool are wonderful. Really highly recommended. It exceeded expectations!! BEAUTIFUL ocean views, comfortable with everything you need and more, well-equipped kitchen and everything working well. A 10 for the shower, bed and sofa. Antonio is very friendly and Juan, the gentleman who checked us in, is also friendly and ready to help you enjoy your stay. Quiet area, steps away from the sea. We would definitely come back.

The casita is beautiful by where you look, the decor is worthy of Pinterest but without losing the homely and warm touch that made us feel very comfortable during the stay. We were surprised how complete it is, everything one could possibly need at the time, was surprisingly there at the disposal. Maybe something to improve would be to add blackout curtains so that the room isn't so bright since dawn. The communication with the host was perhaps not that smooth, and we had a couple of issues with the wifi and bacha in the kitchen, but having only spent one night was not a big inconvenience. Anyway, I would stay at the casita again!

Excellent treatment, very friendly owners who demonstrated continued predisposition in that we are comfortable and satisfied from the first day to the last day. The location is great, close to everything, a few blocks from the beach. We were allowed to check in a few hours before and check out time after as there were no subsequent bookings during the same day, details that we already appreciate a lot. The place is in very good condition and exceeded our expectations in general: the bathroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and it was appreciated to have a TV and a large refrigerator that works well. We had an excellent mini family vacation, we would come back without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice apartment, quality finishes and very well maintained. With everything you need for our 3-night stay. The location is very good, 100 meters from a fresh market, near the well-known La Susana restaurant and the beach. There were 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, the grill was equipped, modern appliances. Very satisfied.
