In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. The apartment is very sunny with a lot of light and fresh air form the North. In one minute, you will be in the middle of the little town. In the North, there are some nice hilly areas.
