I was there for a brief one-night stay, and to be honest, it was one of the nights I enjoyed in the city. I would have stayed more days hadn’t been it closer to where the event I came for was located. Aside from that, nice and conducive atmosphere. I even got a free car wash before I woke up, that’s luxurious. I would love to use it again when next I’m in that environment.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property in Ibadan with my family for one night, and it was an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Located in an extremely secure estate, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The 24-hour electricity was a huge plus, and everything in the house worked perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we had to leave because it was in a different state from where one of my children needed to be. The housekeeper was exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and making our stay even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time here and look forward to returning for a longer stay the next time we’re in Nigeria. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, security, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much.

I had a very great stay at Bolaji’s apartment. The apartment was very neat and I must say they paid very good attention to details. The only thing is the apartment wasn’t cleaned once throughout my 4days stay there and I was charged for cleaning on Air bnb. Also, please try to provide a pressing iron

Pleasant place for short to long term stay. Host is quite responsive and the gateman Mr Zaccheus was very helpful too.

what makes the place worth more than the money paid for it I'd the excellent staff he got there to look after the building and people Prescious and Paul very good, no fault find in them, I personally will want to go there back for holiday because of them, very prompt to call and ready to help, respective. I miss them already. the building is new good and clean due to hard work of those kids

I visited Nigeria recently on a work trip and needed a place that was both secure and serene. The property was tastefully furnished, security was top notch and I felt right at home. The property staff were friendly and thoroughly cleaned the place every other day. I would strongly recommend this gem of property. I will definitely be back.

My first time going to Nigeria in 14yrs and i never regretted staying at Mr. Habibu's place. very secure place sitting in Alalubosa GRA, very easy to locate and thats why i will always stay there when am coming back to Ibadan.

Well kept apartments, with excellent response time. The staffs are courteous, and everything is as promised by the host. I'll definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and secure vacation home. I'm sure to visit again on my next visit home. My entire stay was very enjoyable - value for the money.
