Cozy house located in front of the sea and harbor!

A 10-second walk to the harbor! This house is perfect for those who love fishing or want to enjoy marine leisure during their stay. The house is newly built and opened in July 2021. The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.

In a quiet residential area, it’s a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to surf spots and scenic golf courses. In the evening, enjoy stargazing and relax in the peaceful atmosphere. Toys for kids are provided, and parking is available for two cars. We recommend staying at least 3 nights to enjoy Aoshima’s charm.

青島　最大８名　週割・月割有　潮騒とともに眠り美しい朝日とともに目覚めるオーシャンフロントの別荘　

2024年７月　全面フルリノベーションオープン青島神社から車で5分の白浜海水浴場前にある築25年の３階建て別荘を宿泊施設としてフルリノベーションしました。別荘は新築当時とても素敵な建物でしたが台風被害にあってしまいました。　その建物の良い所は残しつつゲスト様が落ち着いて滞在して頂けるように心がけて宿泊施設を作りました。周辺の環境はとても豊かな自然の中に別荘や住宅があり、海岸線には遊歩道やキャンプ場があります。南国の雰囲気を感じさせるヤシの木やソテツが育つ浜辺は夏場は海水浴場となっております。昼も夜もとても静かで落ち着いた滞在が出来ると思います。夜間は人も車も少なくとても静かですがとても安全な地域で、歩いて浜辺へ行き夜は星を眺めたり、朝日を見に行くことが出来ます。少し歩いたところには「鬼の洗濯板」があり、磯遊びが楽しめます。また、雨の日でも３階のベランダは屋根がついていますのでのんびり海を眺めることも出来ます。すぐ近くに温泉施設「青島サンクマール」もあり、お食事や日帰り温泉をお楽しみいただけます。「青島ゴルフ倶楽部」までは車で８分です。

Ocean view prime location 3 minutes WALK from everything- beach, supermarket, hot spring, restaurants and train station. We offer free WiFi, surfboards and stand-up paddle board. Well worth paying the little extra for all the conveniences. The police station is just behind us for your safety. オーシャンビューハウス,ビーチ,スーパーマーケット,温泉,レストランへ徒歩3分ほどで行ける便利な家です。Wi-Fi,サーフボード,SUPも無料で使用できます。全ての利便性ゆえ少し高めの料金です。交番が家のすぐ近くにあるので安心です。

Old folk house was renovated using plaster and solid wood. The tranquility of the rural location. The breathing space of plaster and wood and the silence of sound absorption. The rich scent of solid wood floorboards. A large kitchen,　a spacious living room. A relaxing bath. Staff can accommodate both short-term and long-term stays.
