【6月限定・雨期割】長崎の波音で目覚める冒険基地 Villa Witch's Holiday

My stay at "Majo no Kyuujitsu" was absolutely magical from start to finish! Nestled on the serene Nagasaki coastline, this villa felt like stepping into a dream—waking each morning to the soothing sounds of ocean waves was truly cinematic. The villa itself is stunning, with thoughtfully selected Balinese furniture creating an exotic yet incredibly comfortable environment. Every detail is carefully considered, from the spacious living and dining areas offering breathtaking views of Omura Bay, to the perfectly equipped kitchen and cozy, luxurious bedrooms. Whether relaxing inside or spending evenings out on the expansive wooden deck enjoying a BBQ under the stars, every moment felt special. The Owl House bungalows provided additional charm, creating peaceful retreats within an already serene setting. Fast WiFi and modern amenities ensured comfort and convenience throughout my stay, ideal even for a remote work getaway. Thank you for a perfect stay! I will be back soon <3

Seaside Japanese Thatched Retreat | 4 Guests

CharlotteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful serene place. We lucked out with the weather which was beautiful warm and we swam in the bay several times during the day. The view of the water and sea life (we were sure we saw porpoises) birds and butterflies from the verandah was other worldly. Watching the surface of the water change was pure Zen. The onsen just perfect. The kitchen could do with one more cooking pot and a coffee machine and the living/outdoor space more seating, but since you’re staying in an historic building you do accept that you’re lucky to be staying there at all. It’s really very unique and even our two 22 year olds were blown away by the building including garden view from the bedrooms.
A spacious bedroom features a large bed and a wooden desk with a lamp. Expansive windows offer panoramic views of the sea and distant mountains. A seating area with two chairs is positioned on a terrace, complementing the serene atmosphere.

It is located in the Obama Onsen area, and the view of the sea is very beautiful. As you can see in the picture, you can see the beach from the property, and the scenery is amazing at sunset. There are 6 rooms in the entire building, so you can stay privately. You can also take a free hot spring bath at Ryokan, which is a 5-minute drive away.
A traditional Japanese garden is featured, encompassing smooth stones and carefully arranged rocks. A central tree provides shade, complemented by well-maintained shrubs. The entrance to a historic home is visible, showcasing wooden details and a sliding screen door, inviting natural light into the space.

[Maximum 7 people / No stairs to the accommodation] Traditional Japanese house with garden

CalestaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Staying in this old Japanese house was a unique and interesting experience! The house was clean and well-maintained, though we were mindful when moving around since it’s an older structure — which is totally understandable. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Chinatown, many eateries and the shopping arcade.
