Very friendly people, cozy home. Had a very pleasant stay.

Eric's place is wonderful. The location is fantastic in the Flemish countryside, many walks in the area and easily accessible. The house itself is absolutely unique. Eric's love of books and art can't be missed and there were small touches of humor here and there (the sinks...). Eric was responsive and very kind when we met him in person. I'll certainly look to book it again next year.

Veerle is a really friendly and open host. She gave us a lot of info about walks in the region and she also has a booklet with lots of information from cafes, restaurants, pharmacist, supermarkets, bread vending machines and other fun facts. The cottage itself was also in great order. And located in very nice and quiet natural surroundings.

Beautiful house with beautiful spaces, ideal for large groups of friends from every point of view: cold room, very large dining room, lots of beds, etc.

We loved our stay! The apartment is spacious and has an industrial feel yet is warm and cosy too. We also liked how private and easy to access it was. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and is equipped with basic and good quality items. The knives were all really sharp!! The utility and storage area was particularly useful for us as we used this for cleaning cycling kit after races. It was a perfect stay for us!

This was a wonderful stay in a very nice house. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the time. Our dog also immediately felt at home. We were particularly pleased that everything was also suitable for Bounty. The surroundings were ideal for walks and shared excursions. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We had a super weekend here with 8 adults and 1 baby. We had very nice weather and used everything.

We stayed here as an overnight stay for a wedding party in the area. It is a very nice stay! We were sorry that we could no longer enjoy the accommodation with jacuzzi and beautiful surroundings, but it was an ideal place to stay after the wedding party. Caroline is a friendly host who responds quickly to messages. Great!

Such a gorgeous place to stay in a tranquil setting. Everything inside was so thoughtful and high quality. Thank you for having us to stay.

We had no great expectations, had booked the place spontaneously and were very positively surprised. Nice hostess, the children were allowed to move freely on the farm and also ride the small vehicles for the kids (tractor, Kettcar). Just outside the Whng there was a trampoline and a large meadow with a small playground. The sea was only a few minutes away and you could go for a very nice walk. Nearby there was a small cottage where you could buy fresh things from the farm (eggs, potatoes) cheaply. You need a car for everything, yard is very secluded. A little further away was a construction site, which you heard from time to time, but did not bother us. On the beach there were beautiful mussels, no typical North Sea mussels. The sanitary facilities below the apartment were super clean. I would say the price-performance level is right. And for families with kids it is very pleasant 😍

It is a fantastic cottage with all utilities available. Johan and Mariska are super sweet hosts , are always there for you and help with lots of fun. We feel completely at home there and also completely relax there. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there. In any case, we will definitely go back. Z'on beautiful environments and so much to go for a walk in nature. Highly recommended.

We spent 5 great days at Jan's and Patra's house! We had a family reunion and the house was big enough for all of us. And perfect for our young kids! The garden was also nice and big. Flexibility for check-in and check-out was also helpful. Thanks Petra and Jan!

Our family (including two boys of 7 and 2) enjoyed a really lovely stay at the aquavilla. The location is in a beautiful peaceful setting in a small private marina style setting. Very friendly host who thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Recommended for a getaway and easy to drive to attractions in south netherlands.

Everything was very comfortable and easy. It was no problem that one more person joint us spontaniously. The hosts were super kind and put some effort to organise a bike that we could rent. Beautiful accommodation and enviroment. Happy to come back again :)

The place is super . We were on a work trip, so the hot tub was a welcome addition to unwind. There is plenty of space to relax. It felt like we were on holiday even though we were working.
