Nice stay as it was clean and comfortable. There is complete amenities, and the location is nice as it is in the middle of everything. Had some confusion for the actual entrance of the building, since the parking space was a bit further away, but all worked out. Make sure to ask for the parking, as it is paid. Overall, good experience.

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

Patrick was very easy to communicate with, and was very helpful. The caretaker, Kuya Rolly, is also nice as well and assisted us with our stuff. The place is very clean and complete amenities, the a/c units were working great. WiFi has a strong signal, and there were board games and local games (sungka) are available aside from the billiards table. We had fun and the place is very cozy!

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Place was great. Had a hard time to unlock the gate because the key for the lock wasn't in the keys provided. Luckily, we guessed the pin for the password lock and it opened. One room was only cold enough to stay. Though the place is good, so many nearby convenient stores/sari-sari stores. The host and the co-hosts are very responsive and kind. We had to extend our stay due to circumstances and they let us overstay. Overall I'd give this a 4-star rating.
