5 days well spent vacation with this place

This is so far our fam’s favorite place to book! What we really love here is that the unit has a lot of beds to sleep whereas each one of us can occupy our own sleeping spot. It was a perfect place to book especially on summer due to the 2 airconditioned units inside the room and the establishment has multiple pools you can swim. Overall it was a great experience and we’re looking forward again to book this bnb in the near future. Thanks host for providing such a great service!

Sherelene is easy to contact or to connect very friendly. The place is great to stay. Leo the care taker helps and assisted us whenever we need something. Safe and easy to get around. Near the mall and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended..I will surely come back..

The location was perfect just a short walk to malls, restaurants, and cafes. The location felt safe and was easy to navigate.

Nice place. Very clean and spacious. Love the sunset view in the balcony. Nice pool. My niece loved it and doesn’t want to go home. The air conditioning is perfect and the tv is big. Complete kitchen and toilet amenities. Will definitely go back. Nice host and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. ❤️❤️❤️

My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt super cozy — exactly like the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like drinking water, extra blankets, and especially all of the free amenities and free parking. The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. It honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. The location was perfect too — quiet at night but have everything I needed. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. A real gem!

It is a very nice, clean, spacious, and relatively new studio, in an area with a lot of services (grocery, restaurants, bars, malls, laundry service, convenience stores, etc.). It also is very quiet, without the traffic noise in many Manila condominium buildings, and also safe. Its gym is quite good and there also is a swimming pool, both of which were not widely used in my time there. The unit's WiFi is quite good, as is the AC, hot water and water pressure. There is a modern washing machine in the unit, but I've suggested adding a clothes-drying rack for people who don't want to use the very inexpensive, quick and nearby laundry service, which is kind of hard to find and not listed on Google Maps. The small kitchen has most of the basics for limited cooking of simple snacks and meals, and I've suggested adding a simple toaster. I certainly would stay here again on future trips.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Good condo, good communication, everything worked, properly described, everything needed for stay was there and would use again. Thank you for being a good host.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

The place was spot on for your solo/intimate staycation. Cozy and it felt like home. The massage chair was a great highlight.

We really loved the place. It was quiet and cozy, just what we needed. We got to relax and enjoy the room while it rained outside. The weather made it even better, and it felt nice to slow down for a bit.
