Nice holiday spot In principle, there is everything you need for life, and if something is missing - you can ask the staff. Great location, 3 minutes to the sea, shops nearby. It is important that there was heating, for January this is a significant plus.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The main pros of the apartment is the ideal location close to the sea. The host's hospitality and local tips were invaluable!

The location of the house is very nice, very cute and tastefully furnished, good heating, kitchen utensils are enough, only the bed of the bedroom was not very comfortable, it can be changed. I was much more comfortable than my stay in normal hotels, thanks to the host

Great location. Steps to the main drag and 15 min walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and everything was good. Only negative was that the washer/dryer machines didn’t dry well et all. Overall a very good place to stay

We were as comfortable as in our own home, everything needed was available at home, we were very comfortable with our 3 year old child. The pool, garden, playground, our animal friends were all great. 15 min walk to the sea 15 min walk to restaurants and grocery stores Far from the noise and crowds. Other houses in the garden are also distant from each other. If you are looking for a quiet, calm, peaceful place, it is definitely recommended. Thank you to Ms. Cumagül and the entire Arcadia team.

Ferhan is a great host who welcomes with such a warmth and is always there to help with anything. Accommodations are just like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. The location is perfect within a 1 minute walk to the Kalkan beach and town centre with a variety of restaurants. Ferhan hanim, thank you so much for everything! We loved everything! nice location - 5 min to walk to the sea. nice apartment, not freshly refurbished, but everything works good surrounding area, calm, clean, safe with shops an restaurants helpful staff if you are booking, please, do not forget to feed cats there from time to time!

It is a very nice, spacious one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of the building the apart hotel. It has large windows, lots of light and it has a panoramic view of the mountains and the city and a bilateral views of the sea. There is also a terrace with a table and chairs which we used a lot. Beaches are just 5 min walk. The kitchen is fully equipped except the dishwasher but the cleaning service is daily and that includes dishes as well. The personnel is friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns The apartment is at a great value and I would definitely stay there again esepcially at the offered price.

We spent 3 nights there at this place. The room is spacious and we have access to the kitchen and terraces of the house which are very pretty. The bathroom is shared, but we only met one other person on our floor during our stay. We were also able to use the washer for free. It says the place is non-smoking, but there are people who smoke in the house. The room doesn't smell like cigarettes thankfully, but there's a smell when you go out into the hallways. Cleanliness is correct, but no more. We liked the location too, close to the center of the old town. All in all, despite the few shortcomings, we are satisfied for the price we paid

Ms. Fatma is a very friendly and friendly person, so we did not have any problems. We felt like we were at home. Overall, the cleanliness was very good. The view from the house is beautiful and you understand that you really found peace while drinking your coffee. Every time we met Ms. Fatma, she gave us nice treats. We will definitely be back.

We were very satisfied with the attention of Mr. Ahmet, as if a guest who had just arrived at his house welcomed us:) When we arrived, our car parking was even arranged. The room was like an apartment and a hotel with 🙏🏻 shampoo, towels, slippers, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, tea maker and everything you could cook with. The air conditioning is very nice :) In the meantime, there is a hill, but if you listen to the directions to the center from Mr. Ahmet, you will immediately reach the center with a small hill walking experience:)

Everything was nice. The apartments are within walking distance from the beach. There are many cafes and shops around.
