Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Very nice location, matches the photos exactly, even better because beautiful bougainvillea have now grown around the pool. Large interior, beautiful well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), 2 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Pleasant and well-maintained pool Two slightly negative points: when planes take off towards the house it causes some noise pollution but no planes at night so not extremely annoying. On the other hand, we have a problem several nights with quite annoying dog barking.

We had the loveliest stay at Riad Liana, located in the heart of the souk and old medina. Abdel was super helpful and Rachida made us delicious breakfast every morning. The roof terrace was a great spot and the plunge pool was an excellent addition. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

A very nice host, always keen to assist and provide support and services. She helped us organizing our event, provide with good service and nice food. Highly recommended.. Thank you again to the host and for all the effort put during our stays

We had a pleasant stay at Fatiha's villa. The photos match perfectly. Fatiha is very responsive as soon as we need something. We were able to benefit from the services of the cook and transportation and it was a real plus. Thank you for everything. We'll be back with pleasure

The House was really nice, especially the heated pool. The communication was really simple no complaints there

stayed 1 week in may, Hakim organised taxi pick up and was very promp and polite through the whole process . detail were passed on day before for taxi and host who would meet us at the appartment to hand over keys and show how to secure the appartment and show us around the appartment all very smooth and professional, flat is private on the ground floor perfect garden to sun bathing, and the pool is 30 sec away at the bottom of the garden , using ID app to get about , looking at 40 dim to the centre of the medina, perfect, clover app for groceries and the odd take away when we wanted a chill night in , location very good for the money. in my opinion . would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit , me and my wife will be back no hesitations , thank you Hakim and send my regards to Toufik. and Hassan which made our stay perfect

Very nice place to stay and very responsive host. Friendly staff at the property from guards to cleaning to maintenance. The property is ideal location for walkable distance to many places like the main square and shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy nearby. Great pool and loungers provided by the host are another attention to detail that the host has thought about. Thank you Othmane for helping us have a great experience of Marrakesh. i stayed at Hakim’s apartment for 5 nights , it was a wonderful stay Hakim was always attentive to any thing we needed the cleaners were very polite & friendly & did their job with perfection The area was central everything was near The garage for the car was also a plus for us because we had a driver & it was easy access in and out for me the icing on the cake was the lovely balcony 👌🏼 Thanks Hakim for hosting us

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Incredible stay with an incredible host! We had a great time staying at Xavier’s and received some brilliant recommendations. He was always helpful and on call if we ever needed anything and the house is incredibly homely. Already looking to go back! Would highly recommend to go especially for big groups.

We stayed at this lovely villa just outside Marrakesh with two families, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The villa is located in a secure, gated community with well-maintained gardens, and sports facilities—perfect for kids to roam safely and stay entertained. The villa itself was spacious and well-suited for our group, with 4 comfortable bedrooms, a secluded private garden, a great pool, and even a small gym. The private and quiet atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. A special mention goes to the housekeeper —she prepared a decent breakfast for us each morning and was really helpful with local recommendations and answering our queries. There are a few things to be aware of: it’s about 30 minutes by car from the city, there are some local shops nearby for basics, eating out in the area is very limited within a 10-mile radius. Also, breakfast tends to be repetitive, have bottled water handy. Despite these minor drawbacks, we’d highly recommend it to others.

This is the most amazing villa set in wonderful gardens. Each room is furnished beautifully and there are multiple seating areas in the garden and around the pool. Such a tranquil and relaxing place. The housekeeper was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. She is an amazing cook and we had several meals that were delicious - I would recommend the lemon chicken. The villa is about 30 mins from the medina and we visited several days. Sabrina was easy to contact and provided helpful advice. I would totally recommend this villa and happily stay again when we next busy marrakech. Thank you

What a great place to relax and unwind. Really spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms; the pool is perfectly heated; and the breakfast was delicious with home-baked warm bread! Thank you Loufia! Thoroughly recommended!

We had a great time in this villa which is very large, ultra modern and has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning throughout the house, large American fridge, washing machine, dryer, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, TV in all bedrooms and in both lounges, very large 10 x 5 pool heated between 30 and 32°C which is fabulous. The housekeeper, Fatiha, delighted the whole family with her preparations for breakfast. She is incredibly kind and speaks French very well. Note that the villa is a little far from Marrakech which is 25-30 minutes away by road but that's okay. We'll be happy to go back.

Nicolas and most Jennifer answered all our questions and we came to a peaceful villa that had our own guard and gardener who took care of the place. We had a tight drain in the bathroom and Muhamed arranged it in 2 minutes after we notified him. 👍 The villa and pool area are washed daily, new towels every day etc. We ordered chef Fuzia during the whole stay who cooked for us and the food she cooked was absolutely lovely. Everything from lunch to lujs, snacks and dinner. Unfortunately, since we don't speak Arabic or French had to use Google translate but it also went very well. This is a place I would highly recommend for families who want peace and quiet in private surroundings. Tip: The villa is outside the city and you are completely dependent on a car to get to and from Marrakech so I recommend renting a car. All in all a great experience for us and big thanks to the hosts, the caretaker Muhamed and not least the chef Fouzia!

It was exceptional and up to our expectations, thank you very much to Jaoued. The place is much more amazing than in the photos, we were very surprised by the place which is very warm and discreet. The staff is very discreet and answers all your questions, as is Jaoued who is very responsive. He took the time to come see us and tell us about the city and all the splendor of Marrakech.
