Lovely home, second stay. Judith was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay again when we have family in the area.

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

We had a fantastic stay at John’s place. It was spotless, well-furnished, and full of thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable with great linens, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pans, and a great induction stove. When we cooked a casserole, John even brought over extra pans. The back bedroom had excellent blackout curtains. The front could use better light and noise blocking, but one of our kids slept well there, and the street didn’t bother them at all. Overall, the flat was peaceful and quiet. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Check-in was smooth. John met us and made sure we had everything we needed. He also had umbrellas and other touches, which we didn’t use but appreciated. The location was great, 10 minute walk to grocery stores and to two Tube stations. John’s tip to take the 88 bus into Westminster made for a scenic and easy ride to see London and get into old London. Highly recommend John’s place for London!

Kaz is an extremely friendly and responsive host . The house is lovely and spacious with a lovely outdoor area . Everything you could possibly need is provided and the house was fresh clean and comfortable . The area is quiet . We were attending my son’s wedding and were a family group . The house was perfect for our needs and so nice to be all together . Nothing we didn’t like . Many thanks

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in einem belebten Viertel mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Samstags ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt ein Straßenmarkt der den Besuch lohnt. Gut angebunden mit Bus und Bahn ist man schnell in der City von London.

We loved our stay. Lynne was an amazing host providing frequent and clear communication prior to and during our stay. Easy check-in and the house itself was incredible, great for families. Very well furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. A rare property given that this is a mews house (rather than an apartment) with private parking for one vehicle, especially in such a great location. Regent's park, great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and a well-connected Underground station all within a few minutes' walk! Our thanks again to Lynne for a wonderful stay and also for allowing us to park up and drop our luggage off before the check-in time. Well worth the money and we'd definitely stay again.

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

Absolutely lovely, warm, friendly hosts, the accommodation was absolutely what was expected, in beautiful surroundings. When we got lost the hosts were quick and patient in their reply. It was super cosy, and surprisingly private. Make sure to visit the Camley St park nearby to see the accommodation from the other side of the water! Bring some earplugs if you don’t want to hear the honk of local birds.

Easy to get to. < 5 minute walk from Kings’s Cross station. Main level flat. Very quiet in the back bedroom. Recently renovated with all new appliances. Can’t beat the price either.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für vier Tage gemietet. Im vorhinein, sowie während des Aufenthaltes, war James immer zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Lage war großartig, wir konnten mit der U-Bahn alles perfekt erreichen. Wir würden das Apartment jeder Zeit wieder mieten.

Excellent stay in London, nice, clean, modern and comfortable apartment, very friendly and responsive host. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Dalston is nice and safe part of East London and apartment is few minutes walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland Overground stations. Fully recommend!

My husband and I just spent 2 weeks at Jay & Craig’s place and had a wonderful time! Their flat is in the heart of Angel/Islington and such an amazing location with access to tons of restaurants, pubs, and shops. There are also multiple bus stops and 2 major tube stops close by. You really can’t beat this location! The flat was as described and very cozy, for 2 weeks it was our home away from home. Jay & Craig were extremely responsive and friendly throughout our booking, check in and stay. They helped accommodate our check in/out around our flights and even provided a fan for me so I didn’t have to purchase one. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe der U-Bahn "Holloway Road" - und damit perfekter Anschluss an alles, was man in London sehen möchte. Ruhige Lage, in der Nähe Supermärkte und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Aktuell wird an der Fassade gearbeitet, das Haus ist eingerüstet, während unseres Aufenthalts war es aber ruhig. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Typisch London ein etwas höheres Preisniveau, insagesamt aber ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Super host! Darius è stato molto accogliente e solerte nel rispondere alle nostre richieste e interessato alla buona riuscita del nostro soggiorno. Anche il loft è molto accogliente, con molti più arredi di quelli mostrati nelle foto: libri, quadri, oggetti ben combinati rendono lo spazio molto caldo e familiare. Inoltre l’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la vita quotidiana. Le dimensioni sono riportate chiaramente nella descrizione dell’annuncio, il soppalco è basso ma agevolmente utilizzabile (mio marito è alto 185 cm) il bagno ha un lavabo molto piccolo ma per il resto è adeguato. Lo stabile è insolito: è una ex fabbrica riadattata, di primo acchito un po’ disordinata, ma il loft è molto pulito. Il quartiere era quello che cercavamo: un posto autentico! La vicinanza al canale è un plus: abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata fino Broadway Market e De Beavoir Square ha un’architettura molto interessante, da vedere. Il pub vicino a casa è bello e accogliente. Consigliato!
