Thank you for the stay. The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos and as described. The only note: although the apartment is in a side street, the street is still quite noisy. For village children like us, this was unusual, but not bad at all. Great praise for the cleanliness.

Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Juliet and Tim’s house is truly lovely. It was wonderful to come back to this beautiful and peaceful home after a busy day. The location is perfect for exploring East London and has everything you need on the doorstep. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to staying here in the future when we’re back in town!

We could not have had a better stay at William’s house in Islington. Not only was it perfectly located for us (family nearby), the house itself was so beautiful and cozy that we really took our time leaving every day! We just liked being there. Beds super-comfortable. Hosts very responsive and kind. Will definitely try stating there again on our next trip!!

What a great find, set away from a busy road so very quiet on a night, the home is brilliant, clean and has everything you would need, we stopped for 2 nights and everything was so smooth, we had a slight problem with the toilet while staying here but the landlord sorted it so quickly with great communication and was no disruption to the stay, great value for money and would certainly use again, thank you for having us

The house is nice and comfortable, in a beautiful and quiet neigborhood with a couple of good cafes very close. And it has everything you need. We were lucky to have some sunny days, and the double exposure of the place gives it a lot of light. Be aware that the nearest tube station is 15 minutes away and that the rooms are on three different levels so you will walk many stairs when you are home. But everything else is comfortable and useful.

Hugh was very quick to respond and also very helpful when we needed any support. He provided detailed instructions on how to access the location and also responded timely when we arrived. He also helped us to keep the luggage when we checked out. Overall very nice experience to stay here and highly recommended!

Clemence was always quick and clear in her responses, which made communication really easy and reassuring. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We especially appreciated how well equipped and cozy it felt. The location was perfect too, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was bright and modern, with a warm, cozy atmosphere , exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect – right by the canal and very central. Both the bus stop and the subway station were just a few minutes' walk away, which made getting around super easy. Perfect for our London trip! We stayed here for 6 days. It was a great place for us, as we love Islington, London, and the surrounding areas. Short distance to most things. The apartment is practical and cozy, located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. We have nothing to complain about. We would gladly come back.

A comfortable one bed flat in a wonderfully central location. Bedroom is fairly spacious, bed a decent size, and the living room/kitchen was clean and thankfully free of clutter. Quiet street, no noise from neighbours. Recommended.

Awesome location, a 12 minute walk to Angel Tube and tons of buses nearby. Stayed 5 nights and the flat was roomy and comfortable. Kath gave clear instructions and responded quickly to my emails. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Fran was a really attentive host to the guest. She welcomed me personally, showing me her very comfortable apartment. Really quiet location and easy to get to even on foot from the exit of the hoxton overground station. Fran advised me where I could dine the same evening of my arrival and it was a great tip, just a few steps away. He was very helpful if I needed anything else. I definitely recommend it. From the bedroom window, I could see a very curious fox and the squirrels running around in the small green corner in front every day.

If you need to be centrally located in London - then this is the place! Great little flat, with everything you need. Tarik is a super friendly and caring host - will be back.

Really easy to access. All the informations given where super detailed. The studio flat itself has planty of space. We found more than anything we would possibly need during our stay. The host replied really quickly to my question and was friendly and kind. Loved the area, especially because it’s right in between Islington and Shoreditch and good for trandports.

Pippa's place is very well located and was easy to find. Her apartment looked just like the pictures if not even better. A spacious and well-equipped kitchen and beautiful piano were highlights of our stay here. In addition it was just a short distance from multiple transport options. Pippa was a wonderful and responsive host, thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely love to return in future!

Stayed here for 10 days & could live here. Perfect for a single person or couple. The apartment & complex are really well designed, with a lot of character and charm, but also super luxurious. There are thoughtful touches throughout—fantastic lighting, great heating and water pressure, stocked kitchen, plenty of extras (pillows, blankets, sheets, hangers, toilet paper, toiletries, chargers), etc. clearly a Superhost airbnb… Darran’s communication was fantastic. It was really nice to have 2 sets of keys. Seamless check-in and check-out. Was able to store my bags early before checking in too. The location is phenomenal. Neighbors are friendly & chill. Really quaint place. Hoxton Square itself is generally quite peaceful. The neighborhood is truly a dream, especially for those who enjoy walking & exploring new corners of the city. Hands down best place I’ve stayed in London. Felt like a local. I will absolutely try to stay here again. Thanks so much for the fantastic stay, Darran!

Francine is a wonderful host, so very helpful and friendly. Her place is great, fab location, easy access to transport and also walkerbale to many places, we loved walking up to Islington and Kingscross along the canal in the morning, would definatley recomend and would stay again.
