An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The property space is well used, providing comfort and functionality for all members of the family.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped; the bathrooms were clean when we arrived; bedrooms with available linen, TV sets and air conditioning in perfect working order. The hall has a brewery and a pool table that make all the difference. The balcony view is another point that deserves to be highlighted, especially because of the possibility that you have to see the sun rising. In addition, in the condominium there is a beautiful swimming pool, well-equipped barbecue area, soccer court, a spa and sauna also ready to be used, in addition to a well-equipped gym. The location is also very good, in front of one of the best beaches in the region. Similarly, Marcelo was extremely polite and responded to all inquiries quickly and efficiently. I will certainly return at other times.

Great place for a long weekend with family and friends. Spacious outdoor space, great for entertaining! Jorge was friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend hiring Cely for cooking, she was fantastic!

The apartment is large and comfortable. The location is great , with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The elevator and garage that was very useful to us. Mr. João very attentive, always answered my doubts. We'll be back for sure at the next time.

We love our hosting. The house corresponds to the listing. Quiet place, great to rest. Near the main beaches. Denise was always helpful, she made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.

We love the apartment! The location is great, with everything nearby, which made our stay very practical and enjoyable. We went during the turn of the year and were able to make the most of every moment. We were greeted with great affection, with a personalized card and pampering that made all the difference. Communication with Lúcia was exceptional, from the booking process to after the check-out, always attentive and available. The view to the fireworks display was simply stunning, providing unforgettable moments. Undoubtedly, it was a very worthwhile investment. We return home with incredible memories and the desire to return soon!

The place is very nice to be inside, cozy, has all the necessary items for everyday life, it was very worth it. It is close to the beach, supermarket, gym, pharmacy.

Great stay in a super comfortable, spacious house with a beautiful view of the lake. When we arrived we found everything very clean and without the smell of mold. We really enjoyed the leisure area, which is very pleasant with a very good barbecue and swimming pool. Despite being close to the best beach in Guarapari, the house is so good that we didn't even feel like going to the beach lol... We can only thank the owner of the house Alexandre who treated us super well and is to be congratulated!

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address afterwards and everything worked out.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

Mateus was always very courteous and helpful. It is noticeable how well the space is well cared for and well thought out, so that the guest can have a welcoming experience. The site serves as few as many people. For those looking for a quiet place, to have contact with nature (as was my case) is a great option. The spaces are all very large, clean and well cared for. The barbecue area is very beautiful, located next to a river, with a natural, super clean and well-kept pool of water. For those staying in a larger group of people, you have the possibility to have fun with a sand court (with a volleyball net mounted). The area of the accommodation (except the barbecue area, which is separate) is all fenced, providing safety for those staying with children and/or pets. The pictures are very good, but the in-person experience is even better. Super recommend and I will certainly return at other times.

The apartment is very large, spacious, well ventilated, with a beautiful, well-equipped and located view. Rogério was requested, friendly, gave clear and objective instructions. Me and my family feel very welcome!

The House and all spaces are better than the photos, it exceeded expectations in relation to the structure, comfort of the house and decoration. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has literally everything we need. The only negative point was that we had small problems regarding the maintenance of the house: the drinking fountain had a problem but was promptly resolved by the host, it rained very hard and some leaks in the external kitchen wet the environment, the showers have very weak water despite being modern. We had a lot of expectations for fishing in the lake at the house, but we were frustrated because there were only super small fish in the lake. Overall, we had wonderful and peaceful moments as a family, the property and the region are very beautiful. Overall we can consider: Structure: 10 Comfort: 10 Maintenance: 7 Fishing: 0 (Only very small fish) Access: 10 Hospitality: 10 Natural Beauty: 10 We were left wanting to visit the region again.
