Villa vacation rentals in Anavyssos

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nassos house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is a true gem, perfectly combining comfort, style, and attention to detail. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was idealpeaceful yet close to the beach 3 min by car, allowing me to enjoy the best of the surrounding area with ease. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that every detail of my stay was seamless and that I felt completely at home. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. The house is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious yet cozy getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. ⚡️

Everything was lovely, the place was located in a great spot close to the beach and Mr Nikos and Ms Maria's hospitality was superb

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Άνετος για 10 άτομα, με πολλούς χώρους. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, με ησυχία και μόλις 2 λεπτά απτην παραλία. Άψογη επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Τρομερή θέα! Ένας προορισμός που θα ξανά επιλέξουμε μέσα στο καλοκαίρι!!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

A fost o vacanta reusita, peisaj superb, deasemenea locatia e una impresionanta atat prin arhitectura cat si poziție. Mulțumesc gazdei atat pentru întâmpinare cat si pentru atenția acordata pe tot timpul șederii.

Vistelsen i detta boende var tio av tio, fint hus, otrolig utsikt och värden var alltid hjälpsam, svarade snabbt och hjälpte oss med allt som behövdes. Det enda "sämre" är läget, platsen och utsikten är magisk men för vår smak så var det lite för off, inte så mycket möjligheter för träning, aktivitet eller restauranger i närheten men värt att notera är att vi inte hade en bil. Rekommendation är att ha bil om du ska bo här!

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

Quand ma fille est arrivée, elle a vu la piscine, et a dit "waouuuu". Cela résume assez bien notre séjour à la villa. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer un agréable sejour: -une villa magnifique toute équipée avec de grands espaces, et des chambres confortables. -une grande piscine rien que pour nous, avec des bouées, des transats, etc -une belle vue et pas de vis à vis -la proximité à toutes les Comodités (magasin, boulangerie, restaurants etc...) -une super plage accessible à pied, et plein plein plein d'autres plages toutes aussi belles les une que les autres, à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un grand merci à Rose et à Gilles. Un accueil chaleureux et en personne ! Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... bref c était TOP ! Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

Η βίλα ήταν απλά υπέροχη!!Η πισίνα τεράστια κ πολύ καθαρή.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ όμορφο μέρος κ ήσυχο το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός κ πολυ πρόθυμος ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!😍

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

Superb host, incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had and met us late in the evening on the first night. Also allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Minor issue with the hot water not working on a few of the days, but a technician was organised to fix it that same day, even on a Sunday. Loved the house and overall would thoroughly recommend

Ένας μοναδικά εκπληκτικός χώρος, εξαιρετικής αισθητικής και λειτουργικότητας. Ότι και να πω θα είναι φτωχό και για την villa zen και την οικοδέσποινα Μαρια-Αντωνία. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα, δεν υπηρξε σημείο που να μην είναι άριστο. Τίποτα δεν είναι τυχαίο. Ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος η Μαρία-Αντωνία, γεμάτος φως, εξυπηρετικότατη, εκπληκτική επικοινωνία.
