The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, linens, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. Super recommend! I will be back for sure!

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

We stayed for 10 days. Extremely kind hostess. Clean house, with all household utensils available, linens, towels, dishcloth and tablecloths available. Quiet, peaceful place, great neighborhood. Clean pool, too bad we didn't use it because it was cold. Close to the market, relatively close to the center (good walk or 6-minute drive). My dogs loved the well-groomed garden and the spacious area. We'll definitely be back.

We were made to feel very welcome, a quiet place and the pool was always clean before we even woke up. It has all the household utensils, everything is very well-equipped, from the leisure area, kitchen and laundry room. There is a market one block from the house, with great ready-to-eat foods, all very fresh and well prepared. There are toucans in the trees in front of the house, which is beautiful to see!! I recommend, great value.

The stay was great. Hosts are super attentive, the house is exactly as described. We arrived and was smelling cleaning, the well-equipped kitchen, there was absolutely nothing missing. The employee Karoliny also helped us, always answering questions when we need it. The place is quiet and quiet. Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.
