The wooden home by the river with a library

Our stay at this charming little house on the river in Thot Not was delightful. It is nestled in a cozy family neighborhood, has stunning river views, as well as the spectacle of working boats going by, day and night. The area is bustling with local eateries, offering a taste of the authentic Vietnamese culinary scene. From little banh mi stands to BBQ restaurants, there's everything you need in just a few blocks. The family owns a cute coffee shop that is open in the evenings, just next door, so you can sit by the river and talk with visitors if you'd like. The area offers the opportunity to explore rural farms on a motorbike or bicycle, which was a real treat for us. Our host, Dao, was a gem—her proficiency in English and eagerness to assist made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom has AC, which is a nice treat, the bathroom is new and has a delightful shower, and the books in the Airbnb are a very nice touch! We had a great time and highly recommend this Airbnb.

High-class apartment with beautiful river view

Tung met us at the lobby for check in. Super easy. The place is centrally located, near everything. Room is super clean. Bed sheet feels like a resort. Room came with a welcome longan fruit plate. I will definitely come back next time.

Mekong Delta, non-touristic village

Linh is very friendly and helpful. Before our stay at her place, she helped us arranging a floating market tour with a small private boat at Long Xuyen. As we had some dufficulties finding the Hotel, she assisted instantly. Our room was big, had an attached private bathroom and offers everything we needed. It was close to the local market at the riverside and the fact that hardly anybody speaks English is true. There are no other tourists and sometimes you might have a hard time finding what you want but in the end we got everything we needed. Linh gave us two bikes for free to discover the island that can be reached by crossing the river with a ferry and we think its definetly worth a look. For us it was perfectly fine and we had a short but great time at the village.

Good Apartment with riverview in the center of Long Xuyen City, super clean, high-quality of home entertainment (TV, speakers), bedding facilities (love the tencel drap so much). Nearby a lot of great street foods vendors, supermarket, coffee shop...It would be greater if the check-in & check-out procedure is improved.
