Beachfront vacation rentals in Amsterdam-Oost

We were kindly welcomed by Annet at the agreed time. As we walked to the cottage, she provided us with tips and tricks in the area and the delicious Italian restaurant in Egmond. Rosaria's is highly recommended! The cottage itself has all the comforts. It is nice and quiet and from the cottage you can be in the dunes, on the beach or in the city center in no time. We had a great time and would love to come back sometime!

Vivian & Kurt's apartment is just great. Very nice and tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is very good, you are in a few steps directly on the promenade and on the beach. Vivian was very friendly and always available for questions. The parking space on the premises is very convenient. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime. Thank you so much dear Vivian & Kurt

We had a wonderful holiday with child and dog. We didn't lack anything in the accommodation. The location was great too. Right next to the dunes and not far to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Petri was also very sweet.

We really loved our stay at Annelies‘s apartment! It‘s so close to the beach, it took only 1 minute to get there - absolutely incredible! Annelies communicated the check-in instructions via WA where she sent us a short video and voice message. I really appreciated this as this already seemed so welcoming! The apartment is super small but contains everything you‘ll need. Plus Annelies left a few little extras for us and our dog - so cute! We would 100% recommend staying at Annelies‘s!

Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

Sjeela's house fits very well with our holiday needs: nicely decorated, nice atmosphere, quiet location, fenced garden (also nicely planted), dog welcome, close to walks in nature and on the beach, working appliances and nice contact via the app. For us a 10!

Our short trip was super nice. You could reach both Egmond and Bergen on foot. On the way through the dunes we even saw wild horses.

Incredibly nice and helpful hosts. The house is a bit remote but quiet in a vacation home park. Whether you want to take a small tour by canoe or bike (included in the price) or explore the larger cities such as Amsterdam or Rotterdam by car - the house offers a perfect starting point. And there's hardly anything better than ending the evening in the hot tub.

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The space is highly recommended. The view is beautiful and the apartment is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax super due to the proximity to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

The house of Wessel and Maud is very stylishly furnished and well located. You can quickly walk to the Lidl and the hearty center of Huizen. In addition, Huizen is in a great location, you are within 30-45 minutes by car in great cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, etc. and on beautiful beaches such as Wijk an de See and Zandervort. Wessel is very friendly and always responds very quickly. We had a very nice time. 🥰

The instructions for accessing the accommodation were clear, the house was super well equipped for a group of 13 people. We had a pleasant stay. When we arrived we noticed some malfunctions but they were fixed within the hour! Thank you for your responsiveness

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

We (three friends) had a wonderful (albeit short) time at Fadime and Leo's place. The beach as well as the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also good. We felt really welcome and would come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 🤗🐚

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is beautiful, really clean and provides all the comforts you want. The view of the water from the cottage and the terrace is really great! Outside you can also sit quietly, while, if desired, there is also plenty to do in the region. We thought it was definitely recommended!

Very nice private cute little house. We loved our time here. The private garden was great for the kids, as was the trampoline. The provided bikes were great for getting around and exploring the beautiful area. The host was extremely communicative and proactive, which was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful two stay at the Wave. The sauna was fun for us too. This small beautiful bungalow is perfect, 💕 there is everything you need. German TV, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave with oven, hairdryer enough towels, just everything. We loved being there. We had our Doberman with us and he also found the facility to go great. Plenty of space. We will definitely be back thank you Hugo for your hospitality

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed in Berrie's house for almost 5 days. It is a very nice little house with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and more friendly than it looks in the photos :) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot... by car it only takes about 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So, if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be :) We highly recommend Berrie's house!

We had a lovely time and appreciated the house with the good vibes and the love Lotte and her family put in it. With only a few steps to the beach it was easy to dive into a relaxing summer holiday. Lotte was very supportive and very reactive, so no questions remained unanswered. For our kids the equipment (like kids chair, small bed) and toys were just perfect. Thank you Lotte for a beautiful stay!

They were very welcoming hosts and had a lot of great information for things do do nearby! Very cute decor as well. It was a great launching point for biking along the coast and to many flower fields as well as the Keukenhof gardens. If you don’t have a bike there’s a place five minutes walking that rents them for the day van-dam. There’s a park n ride at Hillegom train station ~10minute drive from the Airbnb that is very easy to catch an intercity then sprinter train to Amsterdam central station.

We had a great stay! The communication went smoothly. We were warmly welcomed with apple pie and sparkling wine. The accommodation has everything you need for a few days in Zandvoort. Absolutely recommended!
