Guesthouse vacation rentals in Amsterdam-Centrum

We stayed at Valeries Air BnB for a few days as my friend was getting married at the Orangerie Elswout. The area is beautiful and has everything you could need close by. The accommodation itself was wonderful, very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Mick is a good host. The place was very peaceful and calm. You have all the necessary items makes you feel like home. Station, bus stand and grocery market are all near by to his place ( walking distance ).

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was really wonderful. It was very clean, very comfortably furnished and everything necessary was there. The location is a bit remote but Egmond Binnen was easily accessible with a short nice walk. The walk to the beach of Egmond Binnen takes a little longer but is completely worth it. Ton and Marian welcomed us warmly and were always available. All in all it was a very nice and enjoyable stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Tatjana's place. A pretty little place that keeps what it promises. Tatjana was very friendly, communication worked well. The location of the place was perfect. 2-minute walk to the beach, the lighthouse can be seen from the breakfast table. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-minute walk. We'd love to come back.

This is an exceptional Airbnb. It's located in a lush rural town, yet is only 15 minutes by car to Amsterdam city center and near Edam ( like the cheese). It is a safe neighborhood with lovely gardens, a small grocery store and restaurants. Our hosts were kind, generous, friendly and helpful. We were there on the King's birthday and the grocery was closed, so they kindly picked up some breakfast items for us in the next town. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine, local bakery goods and coffee. Edith is an amazing and accomplished artist which reflected in the home's decor. The home was immaculate! The beds comfortable! The linens top quality! The kitchen well equipped! The coffee/tea station had an espresso maker and a milk frother! We were a group of 5 woman and there was plenty of room for us to stretch out and not get in each other's way. We had the best time at Edith's place. This is the best Airbnb I've stayed at and I think I have stayed at over 50! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dennis received us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us. With the bathroom you have to be a little careful as you have to go a high step. But otherwise a nice accommodation for 2 people with practical amenities. Egmond-Binnen is a few minutes' walk away, as is a supermarket. Be sure to eat an ice cream in the ice cream parlor in Indoor! Egmond by the sea is easy to get to by bike or car. A beautiful weekend with a fantastic view of the colorful tulip field.

Super cute place within walking distance to the beach and the dunes. Lots of beach restaurants also easily accessible. Would go back!

We had a lovely weekend in Janine's little apartment. For an extended weekend for two, it is recommended , everything is the same as the pictures show. Communication and check in and out completely uncomplicated - first of all, we were able to check in earlier! It's easy to walk to the beach, excursions to Leiden easily by bus .

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. A great place to stay in a very nice environment with a super friendly hostess. We would definitely come back!

An exceptionally beautiful accommodation, everything super clean and lovingly furnished. We had everything we needed. Nico's welcome was very warm, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. If you have any questions, Nel and Nico were available at any time. We recommend the apartment 100% and will definitely come back again.

A huge favorite ♥️ A nice little private cottage, well-lit, clean and super quiet. The beds are comfortable, a good shower and everything you need for cooking. In addition we have our own small terrace to sit outside while having coffee. Hosts Jantien and Christiaan are extraordinary, accessible if you wish otherwise very reserved so as not to disturb us. For our part, your smiles, advice and kindness really impressed us. We suggest you take the bicycles they offer at a reduced price to discover this wonderful part of the country. We suggest taking several nights and making it your starting point for Leiden, Haarlem, Keukenof and more… because we regretted not having planned. The train station is very close... We highly recommend Dannie and Jean

Norbert and Ana were so available for our many questions especially about public transportation and which bus/train was best to take wherever we needed to go. They are so friendly and kind! They gave us wine and honey. Norbert even gave us bungee cords to secure our elderly mom’s walker to one of our suitcases for our long day of travel to our next stay. We would recommend there place to any traveler!

We had a wonderful time at this charming apartment in Limmen! The place was not only clean, but also tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and the quiet location contributed to a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking much easier for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the area. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can highly recommend this apartment.

Cute apartment in a very convenient location was perfect for our 4 day stay. Cozy and bright, with charming decor and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is on the 4th floor and stairs are steep so it’s a bit awkward if you bring large luggage. Although is in a bustling area, it is very quiet and private. The location, near the Amstel river is close to metro and several tram lines that can get you to city center and the museum quarter within a few minutes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Joke is really a Super Host. Very informative and accommodating, a very pleasant person. We had great interaction. Highly recommend.

Our stay was just beautiful! The place was not only beautiful and very clean, but also furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The hosts were fantastic: warm, helpful and always striving to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back at any time. We had wonderful days with Timo and Lucy. The location is super central, but it's still quiet. We were only 5 minutes walk from the beach. A very cute, clean cottage to relax and linger. Highly recommend, especially because of the great location.

To begin with and as the most important thing while travelling, the place was very clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the hosts were polite and friendly. The room is easily accessible with the bus, even though it is outside the city. We enjoyed the nature, piece and quiet around the beautiful garden and the cute animals.
