Great place to stay, especially if you have children! The garden is big and beautiful and the beach is just across the street (literally 15 meters away). Inside the house you have everything you need. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. There is restaurant next to the house, which is very convenient in case you don't have the time or you don't want to cook.

The accommodation was just lovely, and actually great value for its price. The neighbours were also very friendly, and you have places for eating and coffee in walking distance. The region at large has so much to offer, and the house serves as a perfect hub for exploring Chalkidiki and Thessaloniki.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Sofia sehr gut gefallen. (7 Erwachsene,2 Kinder) Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und der Strand in weniger als einer Minute erreichbar. Es war alles da was es für einen tollen Strandurlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern, (3) und (5),braucht. Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Sandspielzeug standen zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche und die Außenküche/Griller mit großem Esstisch waren perfekt. Viele gut durchdachte Details im und ums Haus. Nette Nachbarschaft. Kleine Supermärkte sind in ca 10 Minuten gehweite zu erreichen. Für Großeinkäufe und Sightseeing empfehlen wir ein Auto zu mieten, Vermietung gibt es auch Tageweise unkompliziert im Nachbarort. Zwei Bars bzw Restaurants sind gleich neben der Unterkunft. Sofia ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und hat ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen ihrer Gäste. Insgesamt ein sehr feiner und toller Urlaub.

Am avut un sejur de 5 nopți aproape perfecte. Un grup de 5 adulti si 5 copii, locația ne-a indeplinit toate nevoile. Dintre care: Liniște, intimitate, aproape de plajă, bucătarii utiliate, zona de gratare, terasă etc. Am fost foarte multumiti si cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und telefonisch gut zu erreichen, wenn was war. Die Außendusche war super praktisch, da man sich nach dem Strand draußen abduschen konnte und so nicht den ganzen Sand mit rein trägt.

I had an incredible time staying at this house! It was unbelievably beautiful on the outside and exceptionally pleasant on the inside. The garden was absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained and exquisitely beautiful. The cleanliness and coziness of the place were outstanding. The hosts were simply amazing – they greeted us with a welcome drink and made us feel so comfortable, as if we were old friends. The beach was fantastic and pristine, with crystal-clear waters. As mentioned in the house description, the beach is indeed about 400 meters away. Remember to bring an umbrella as it's a free zone. The beach bars and taverns are around 3 kilometers from the house, and the staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The stretch of beach is truly vast. The house boasts several barbecues, two garages, and even a soccer field. We would be thrilled to stay there again! We had an unforgettable vacation!

Spaces house with a sea view, surrounded by huge garden with olive trees. We were warmly welcome by our hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. The village is quiet, nearby within a walking distance you can find a local restaurant with delicious food and a big playground for children. There is a variety of beaches in the area, accessible by car.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

Casa este bine dotată, curtea și piscina sunt magnifice, cu multe zone de relaxare. Gazda a fost foarte binevoitoare, receptivă și flexibilă. Noi am fost un grup mare, și am ocupat toate camerele. Două dintre ele (una de 1 persoana și una de 2 persoane) sunt poziționate la stradă și este greu să te odihnești, dacă ai somnul ușor, pe timpul nopții. Celelalte camere nu au avut această problemă, iar în curtea ai intimitate totală. Casă este foarte bine dotată, la fel și curtea, oaspeții de orice vârstă găsind zone și activități potrivite de relaxare. Marea este accesibilă ușor, 5 min de mers pe jos, asta dacă nu vrei să vizitezi și alte plaje mai îndepărtate, unde ai nevoie de mașină. Recomand această casă pentru un concediu reușit!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

Marvellous house, beach and garden! This is the perfect place to relax as you are surrounded by nature and its beauty (we even saw dolphins a few times). The house is fully equipped and very clean. Wassilios is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend.

The villa was just as advertised - a beautiful house with a fantastic pool in the middle of a peaceful green area.

וילה מקסימה - חצר ענקית מטופחת ויפה עם נוף נהדר, פנים מעוצב להפליא, מרווח, ומאוד נוח ( אמבטיה שירותים לכל אחד משלושת חדרי השינה) . הוילה מצויה בסמוך לחוף ים פופולארי בקרב מקומיים ורחוק כדי שעה נסיעה עד שעה וחצי נסיעה מהחופים היחודיים בסיטוניה. אנחנו נסענו מידי יום (גם הדרכים יפות) ולא התחרטנו, השהייה בוילה היא חופשה בפני עצמה המצדיקה את הטירחה שבנסיעה.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

Gazda primitoare, ne-a primit cu fructe, vin si apa rece in fridiger. Bucararie cu toate dotarile. Locatia corespundea cu pozele, foarte curata. Piscina este piesa de rezistenta, apa curata. Casa aproape de plaja (aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos) si de cateva taverne locale unde am mancat foarte bine. Gasesti Lidl la doar 10 minute cu masina.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und nach Nea Modania. Ich würde unbedingt ein Auto empfehlen, da es zu Fuss eher mühsam ist, in die Stadt zu gehen.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Teenagern unterwegs. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das lediglich erwähnte Gym ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit genau den Materialien, die wir gern nutzen. Es war in täglicher Nutzung durch uns und für die Teens in der Kombination mit dem Pool einfach klasse. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Orts, ein großer Supermarkt ca 400 m entfernt. Im Ort sind einige Restaurants, die auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind, der Strand ist noch ein Stück weiter, aber auch erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen weiter auf die Halbinseln gefahren, dort findet man karibisch anmutende Buchten nur 30 min entfernt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten am Haus bieten tolle Blicke aufs Meer bis zum schneebedeckten Olymp. Küchenausstattung ist top und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und Ofen. Wir waren über Ostern hier, Wetter war top und warm genug für Schwimmen im Pool und Mittelmeer.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

De accommodatie was makkelijk te vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Het appartement was heerlijk koel. De gastvrouw had al gekoeld water in de koelkast en koekjes en zoutjes wat ontzettend attent was. Het zwembad konden we meteen zien zodra we de deur van het ons appartement openden. Maar wat vooral fijn was, was de stilte, de zee en de prachtige omgeving. Mijn gezin en ik hebben er 12 heerlijke dagen bij Agia Triada doorgebracht en hebben er mooie herinneringen aan deze zomer. Ook veel dank voor onze gastvrouw die we ten alle tijden konden appen en altijd bereid was te helpen.
