We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

דירה נחמדה מאוד. בית קרקע בשכונה טובה יחסית שיש בה המון מסעדות, בתי קפה וסופרמרקטים.

We stayed at Αθήνα’ς for the second time! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and very homely. We will return for sure!

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Престоят ни в дома на Теодосия беше повече от прекрасен! Мястото се намира на тиха уличка на 15 минути пеша от крайбрежната улица. Апартамента има прекрасна градина. В периода, в който бяхме отседнали цветята бяха цъфнали и ужаеше прекрасно. Апартамента е толкова одбре аранжиран, че бсеки човек би се чувствал, като у дома си. Отделено е внимание на всеки детайл. Теодосия е прекрасен хазайн. Даде ни изключително подробни и ясни иструкции, както за самия апартамент, така и за забележителности, как да се придвижим до централната част, какъв транспорт да използваме и т.н. Съдейства ни да си извикаме такси, тъй като имах проблем с приложението на Uber. Не мога да намеря толкова хубави думи думи, за да опиша престоя си както в Солун, така и в дома на Теодосия! Препоръчвам горещо мястото с две ръце!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Our thanks to Eleni for this lovely apartment and her great communication. We didn't realise on booking just how nice a street and good a central location this was! 2 restaurants in our side street both great and the lovely Gallerias palace excavations in the square below. The apartment was quiet although in a vibrant area, and is light and spacious as per photos. Everything works well and it has everything we needed. Eleni's comms were great - super-quick replies and her blog is really helpful. We used one of the o/n parking garages round the corner that she suggested and the left luggage lockers on Egnatia on our last day as taking a late flight. These are just along the road from the airport bus stop (01X - great). You can buy bus tickets at the general shop called 'For All' which is along the road (turn left out of Apellou) on the next corner. I will definitely recommend this apartment and Eleni to any friends visiting Thessaloniki.

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ

Alleine die Dachterasse ist ein Traum und die Lage ist vermutlich die Beste, die es in Thessaloniki zu finden gibt. Wirklich eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die ich bisher buchen durfte. Ein Auto braucht man hier definitiv nicht, es gibt jedoch auch Garagen und Parkplätze in fußläufiger Nähe. Dazu gibt es noch eine große Liste verschiedenster Empfehlungen für die Gegend.

Beş kişi konakladık çarşıya yürüyerek 20 dakikada ulaştıK yürünmeyecek bir mesafe değil yürüyüş yolu keyifli. Ev beş kişinin konaklaması için uygun. Temiz düzenli apartman sakin. Otopark imkanının olması çok iyiydi. Bu nedenle hiç zorlanmadık.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

Great comfort appartment

excellent value, the apartment had anything you need for few days or even more stay. Excellent location right in the city center, few minutes walk from Aristofeles square, the metro, the promenade, numerous buses and the night life area. The apartment is very quiet and the host Danai was very responsive, friendly and generous to allow me a very helpful late checkout. All in all, 5+ stars.

Thank you for everything, the apartment was very nice, maybe a little bit far from the center (for kids) but they got used to it. :) I highly recommend this place. The apartment had everything what we needed.

This was an amazing place to stay especially with the parking spot. It's walkable distance to everyone and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment is very new, spotless clean and has everything you might need - you can see it's made with care. Will visit again :)

We stay there as two friends for a long weekend to see Thessaloniki and to relax at some nearby beach clubs. The accommodation is lovely, beds are comfortable, bath was small, but big enough for us two and every very clean. There were plenty of good restaurants around and all spots could be reached within a max 15 minutes walk. Would recommend it to everyone who has the same plans we had. Parking is difficult in the city, but there some spaces around to park for money.

The BnB is located at a perfect location, close to the city centre and also to the old town. It was well equipped and clean. The communication was excellent. A small remark is the soft mattress and the noisy playground of the school (it did not bother us though).

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
