Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ammoudi

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Excellent place where to spend holidays! The appartement is clean and really well located. The view is amazing. If you use the jacuzzi think about setting the temperature and covering a coupe of hours before using it.

A big thank you to Konstantinos for our stay in Crete. The accommodation is simply great, with a pool with stunning views of the mountains, a real asset for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The village where the house is located is also very welcoming, we highly recommend the tavern at the entrance to the village for its delicious specialties. We were also delighted by the attention of Konstantinos, who spoiled us with a fridge filled with fresh fruit, delicious homemade jam pots and, of course, Raki. All of this went a long way in making our stay idyllic. Thanks again for everything. We will keep a great memory of this experience.

This was our favourite stay of the trip. The place is idyllic, with a private swimming area only a few steps away. The house is decorated tastefully and gives a really nice indoor-outdoor feeling with the large patio and sliding doors. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with everything you might need to cook, including well-sharpened knives! Manolis brought us some fresh vegetables from the farm, which were delicious. Everything about the place is thoughtful and we loved our stay there. It is ideal for a trip where you want to spend a lot of time relaxing at the house and hanging out, it is so nice we barely wanted to leave!

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

The stay was great. The location with this beautiful view directly on the sea was outstanding! We felt like at home and the children loved it too. We were always able to reach out to Karolos and he gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Great location, friendly helpful host and good modern apartment on 5 floor with lift. Very large terrace where we dined with seaviews. Giorgos was very helpful throughout our stay of 3 nights. Kitchen had enough to cook if desired. Situated in heart of Heraklion with restaurants and cafes and the old fort all within easy walk

Our stay at Nikos' place was just amazing. The apartment was not only easy to find, but also extremely spacious and comfortable for two people. We liked the decor very much. The location is great, whether on foot or by car, you are quickly close to restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket that offers everything you need. We especially appreciated the garden, but it was temporarily affected by a construction site, which will be over soon. We will be happy to come back!

Dimitris has been a very helpful host suggesting us a lot of activities around Kouses. Zaneta is taking care of the flat and she has been very friendly and present for any request. She also brought us the bread from the church and a traditional soup on Easter. We could understand each other even if we didn't speak any language in common. The terrace of the flat has a wonderful view on the Psiloritis mount and the hills around and it's great time to sit there at sunset. The village is cozy, very friendly people, a great kafenion/taverna. Maria -the owner- adopted us for dinner and we loces her home-made food. We felt at home. Definitely I would reccomend staying at Dimitris' place!

This is truly one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at over 10 tens of using Airbnb. I stayed here for 5 days. The place is so comfortable with a touch of luxury. It’s well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries. The outdoor space is so good for eating meals and chilling. The hosts showed me so much warmth and hospitality. Upon checking in, there’s a bottle of rosé already chilling in the fridge. They brought me fruits from their farm and a glass of wine. I can’t wait to come back here another time!

First off, we enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants in Rethymnon and the property was perfectly located. Fotis added a lot of links for parking, places to eat and even the best beaches. He was super helpful. While we did have a minor issue with hot water, Fotis did immediately respond and resolved the problem. He even generously offered to extend our stay so we could have more time to shower. Fotis is proactive and truly committed to making your stay enjoyable. We we only stayed one night, I would recommend his place to anyone planning to visit Rethymnon who enjoys a nice view of the beach and is looking for a convenient and clean place to stay.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures on the website. We absolutely loved our stay here! Although there were other guests at the resort, we didn't see them at all, so it felt like we were the only people there. The facilities, including the pool, sun beds both in and out of the pool, which were incredible! Stefani showing us around when we first got there and explained that cleaning service was included, which we didn't expect. This made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The attention to detail made our stay exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely recommend the villa to our friends and family. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Smaller than the space appears to be in the photos but clean and well appointed. Danielle, our host, was helpful, a great communicator, and accessible. Great to be able to communicate easily when out of country. The pool is small, good for refreshing only. Be prepared for 3 flights of steep stairs to gain entry.

Manos is very hospitable. We arrived to a comfortable, sparkling clean apartment after an easy 10 minute cab ride from the port. Manos showed us around the apartment and gave us some us tips for useful locations in the neighbourhood. The information package Manos provided was exceptionally helpful, and we really appreciated the fruit, wine and breakfast supplies! It was wonderful not to have to go out to shop after a full day's travel. The kitchen is well equipped, making it very easy if you don't want to go out to eat. There is a bakery, corner store and supermarket very close by, and the apartment is quite close to bus routes into the city. Manos is incredibly helpful and responsive.

I had the best time at George’s Apartment. The view is incredible, the little balcony very refreshing and the rooms absolutely convenient. I have loved the Meze Restaurant around the corner which is called The Hope and had the best time there.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

I had such a lovely stay, the family were so helpful and kind and by the end of the trip I felt like I was part of the family! Location is beautiful with the sunrise directly infront of you in the morning! Lots round about for shopping, food and drink! All in all I had a great time and loved the apartment and outdoor space, I could have stayed forever! We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again
