10 mins distance from the airport, my place is located on the hills of megenagna, giving it the best view of the city. Come see the beauty of the sunset from the balcony for yourself. There is a nice hiking trail by the compound perfect for workouts. The place comes with super fast wifi and smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Spotify,HBO, washing machine and so much more. The apt is in a gated compound with 24/7 security guard. Quite neighborhood, noise from the city is not heard.

A Beautiful Villa at Ropack

Fantastic stay at the Ropack villa. Great welcome with a traditional coffee ceremony. Great and clean facilities. Warm shower. Tranquil surrounding close to shops and restaurants. Private and safe and fresh air which is a precious gift in Addis. Fast, great and super kind communication with the owner and his representatives in Addis. So in short a fantastic place to treasure. We will be back and would have loved to stay much much longer.

Martina's place is in the foothills of Yeka, a sub-city in the northeastern portion of Addis. It is a two-minute walk from Menelik II hospital and within walking distance of a relatively expensive Italian restaurant and a nice coffee shop/bakery (Koba Patisserie). The Airbnb/house itself is in a compound shared with a local family with two (very quiet) children. It has plenty of green and grassy areas, which is a huge privilege in Addis. Two cats and three friendly dogs share the space and are very protective of all the residents (and visitors!). The place was clean, had everything I needed (including snacks/breakfast from Martina), and entirely as advertised. I would recommend relying on mobile hotspot for internet, although even that can be spotty.

Dimitri Apartments (4th floor)

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Senait's. Her place is much better than described. Very well located, it is central but also remote enough to be quiet and peaceful. Senait is a very nice host and I felt just like at home. The place is very clean, spacious with a stunning view. It is worth every penny and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Addis.

Unique Studio; Panoramic View; Exclusive & Central

About the studio: The text on the website describes the place very well. It is centrally located - Around 10 minutes from the airport, within walking distance of daily groceries. It is two streets behind the main road, meaning easy access, but still in a quiet and residential area. The rooftop terrace and it's view are amazing. You can go there after a busy days' work, to relax. Or simply catch the sun during the daytime. Besides that, it has 24/7 security. The studio has everything you need. Including a washing machine, microwave and a kettle, which all comes in really handy. If you have a car, there is a safe parking area right in front of the door. It is worth mentioning that the whole building has back-up power, should this be needed. About the landlord: The communication is good and quick. If you have any questions, Massiah is more than willing to offer her help and advice. Check-in and checkout went smooth. In summary: I definitely recommend this location. Whenever I come back to Addis, this will be my place to stay!

This place is very zen full and peaceful. The river next to the house make a waterfall noise which i find relaxing. The interior is also very well organized and decorated. I highly recommend this place.
