Ev inanılmaz keyifli, kalabalık arkadaş grubu için çok ideal her odanın kendisine ait banyo tuvalet olması bizi çok rahatlattı. Manraza inanılmaz. Tama alaçatı ve çeşmenin ortasında. Özlem hanım çok ilgiliyd. Çok keyifli bir 4 gün geçirdik. Teşekkürler.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Beste Unterkunft,die wir jemals bei rbnb gebucht haben.Gepflegt,sauber und sehr geräumig.Maria hat immer geholfen ,wenn wir Fragen hatten.Sie hat Gebäck und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Katarraktis ist ein schönes,ruhiges Dorf mit absolut freundlichen Menschen. Ich kann die Wohnung von Anasthasios sehr weiter empfehlen!

Super friendly host, very welcoming and accomodating. Room was lovely and very spacious. Location is perfect. Kitchen was excellently stocked and shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable, balcony a good size and lovely decorated. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Stavros' place. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the thoughtful gesture of stocking the fridge with water, yogurts, and snacks, Stavros truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, and the cleanliness of the space was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, providing a nice spot to relax. Wir haben unsere fünf Tage im Häuschen von Despoina und Ioannis sehr genossen. Schon der Weg dorthin, an Mastixbaum-Plantagen vorbei, ist sehr schön. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb vom Vroulidia Beach mit außergewöhnlichem Blick in die Bucht und auf das Meer. Der Strand ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, es sind wenige Häuser in der Gegend und die Nachbarn gegenüber der Straße sind super nett. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll zum Verweilen, das geräumige Einraumhaus, mit einfacher, aber gut ausgestatteter Küche und separatem Bad, schön eingerichtet. Despoina hatte sogar für viele leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für den Start gesorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich, und schnell, sie gab viele Hinweise und Tipps für das Haus und die Umgebung; auch vor Ort in einem hilfreichen Manual zusammengefasst. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (zu Fuß möglich) usw. Es lohnt sich wirklich sehr!

We had an unforgettable holiday with our family at this beautiful beachfront villa in Komi, Chios. Being just a few steps away from the beach was a real joy, especially for the kids. The place was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you for everything — we would definitely love to come back!

A gem for those who love being close to nature. There are no words to describe the night sky and the sound of the sea from the lounge spaces at night... The beach is lovely and very accessible. Tavari is at walking distance for those who like walking and a safe walk. The room was very spacious and felt at home immediately. Everything is arranged with love and care by Christina, a wonderful host. Her vibe creates a calm and loving environment. It's hard to leave this place without feeling reborn.
