In the house there are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace. 2 toilet rooms, one with bathtub, Laundry room with shower/sauna, washing machine/dryer.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lovely social areas and garden. A home near the park and morning swimming, yet centrally located. A perfect place to stay if you like to fish. The accommodation includes bed linens and towels, which I take care of after your stay, but as a guest you are expected to leave the accommodation in nice and clean condition. If I need to clean up after you, you will be charged an extra fee of SEK 1,500.

At Värmlandsnäs located in the middle of Sweden's largest freshwater lake, Lake Vänern, the wildlife is rich. In Annebergsviken there are plenty of different kinds of birds.

The cabin is directly adjacent to the Vänerleden trail and 1.5 km away connects to the Biosfärleden trail. Close proximity to kinnekulles hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural sights. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
