Apartment centrally located in Tynset

Quiet accommodation within walking distance to the city center (and train station). There is one large double bed, so the apartment is best suited for one or two guests. The kitchen is fairly new and contains what you need for kitchen utensils and basic items (coffee/tea, oil, salt and pepper). Bathroom with shower, towels, soaps/shampoo and hair dryer. Living room and bedroom are in the same room. We'll make the bed so it's ready when you arrive. Please note that you have to walk down one flight of stairs to get down to the apartment from the front door.

Cozy family cottage

The cottage is 700 metres above sea level and was built in 1977, but has been renovated several times. It has a year-round road and is in the immediate vicinity of driven ski slopes towards Tronfjell or to Tynset city center. The cabin is located at the heart of a cabin area, with no visibility and in the immediate vicinity of the mountain, pristine forest, open expanses and several small lakes. It is ideal for bike, skiing and berry trips. In addition, the city's official swimming area is just a kilometer away with beach, barbecue and volleyball court.

Log cabin by little Tronsjøen

With large and airy common areas and sleeping space for up to 10 people, this is the perfect gathering place for hiking friends, or a large family that needs a gathering place. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, and the kitchen with all the kitchen equipment you may need. The place has several outdoor lounges, and among other things a fire pan and an older rowing boat. The out app provides a good overview of all the hiking opportunities that surround the cabin. If you are a dog person, you are also allowed to bring your four-legged friend!

Cabin in Savalbete cabin alley

Cabin from 2022 on Savalen, near lake and mountains, which is suitable for one or two families. The cabin is located approx. 5 minutes by car from Savalen Fjellhotell and Spa with a wellness pool, ski and sled slope and the very house of Santa Claus. The cabin is also a good starting point for hiking or skiing, cycling and horseback riding. The cabin is located just above Savalsjøen where you can paddle, swim and fish. In the cabin you will find some toys for smaller children, drawing materials and various board games. Dogs are allowed.

Jonsbu. A cozy log cabin by Glomma.

Welcome to Jonsbu at Glomma. A cozy log cabin with 3 sleeping places, kitchenette and dining area. Heating with power and firewood. Bed linen is included. No running water, but drinking water can be collected in the outdoor tap. Biotoilet in a separate house. The cabin is located in a courtyard, cozy and quiet in the woods along a side road, 5 min from highway 3. Free parking in the yard in summer and winter. If you plan to spend a few nights in Alvdal, there are many nice hiking trails in the area, and ski trails in the winter.

Lovely sætervang in active seat suit for rent

Traditional living room in a quiet farmhouse neighborhood. In the summer, grazing cows and sheep walk outside the fences, in the winter it is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and experiencing a quiet life! The farm is largely disconnected from everything modern - it has a simple standard with an outhouse, light from solar cells and water in the outdoor tap. Cooking is done on a wood stove, gas burner or fire pit. There is many good hiking opportunities from the farmhouse both in the forest and along the road.

Good views, right towards Rondane, good hiking opportunities for both hikes in the mountains, bike rides and runs. Well-marked trails and ski slopes just outside the cabin. In the summer there is a nice sandy beach with possibilities for swimming, if there is bad weather the spa and pool department at Savalen high mountain hotel can be used. Here you can also have a better dinner, or buy an ice cream. Nice alpine slope five minutes by car. Horse center nearby with opportunities for riding lessons and canoeing.

Østerdalsstue at Kvebergshaugen

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dog, next to the house where we live ourselves. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city centre and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored oyster valley living room from the 1800s, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, press pot and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of 300 kr covers only the preparation of the rental unit and not the final cleaning.

Storrøsta, quiet retreat - and great for kids

Welcome to Storrøsta! This is a refurbished farmhouse, originally built in 1937. It's located off the beaten track in the middle of nature. Storrøsta is a quiet retreat, overlooking the mountains and valley. Enjoy the silence and view at sunset from the patio or the living room - if you're lucky you'll have a moose visiting! The place is also great for kids. There's a trampoline and a slack line available in the summer, as well as outdoor games and bikes free for you to borrow.

Stay in the middle of the farmhouse at Tronsmoen under Tronfjell. Get to know chickens, pigs and cows, and experience farm life. Trips in Tronfjell and along the river, swimming and fishing in Glomma. Scandinavia's best harr fishing can be found here! Otherwise it is nice to bike on the country road and go skiing in Alvdal's large slopes 9 km from the farm.
