Nice small place, perfect for two persons.

Super cool place! The place was very clean and cozy. I stayed with two of my friends and we loved going on a boat ride. The place is ideal for 2 people as the bed is super comfortable, but the couch is not very well supported. Despite that we still really enjoyed our stay and feel we got an experience out of it.

Sleeping on the couch is terribly uncomfortable and it was not mentioned that the apartment is located on the 5th floor, and in the summer it is very hot, because the southern sun sits inside. Otherwise, the apartment matches the photos, description, and expectations. The most important, specifically for me, the apartment is clean, so 5 stars!

For lovers of camping and those not in need of great comfort, this is for sure one of the most unique spaces on Airbnb. As you can see, the accommodations are inside a row of boat sheds, but there is electricity, a heater, comfortable bed, small fridge. Just know that the stairs are super narrow, there is no running water or flush toilet, no shower. But! You can row out of your space into the scenic lake anytime. Of course, the per night price in these sheds is exceedingly high for what you get, as is the case with a vast majority of listings on this site, yet the uniqueness of the stay and the stunning water/castle view tips the scales such that most people will have a pleasantly memorable stay. The only thing that could really disturb the stay is if there are y Neighbours - even non noisy ones as everything can heard through the thin walls. But often the place is empty. In general, this location is one of my all time favourites.

Was an amazing place where to spend the weekend. Perfect to disconnect and enjoy the nature. I would definitely recommend you to stay and enjoy beautiful Alūksne it is right in front of the main tourist attractions, therefore you can walk everywhere or take a boat ride. The host was really responsive and flexible. I would definitely stay again!

New modern campsite in a beautiful scenic location, on the lake itself. The cabin is clean, new, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Host comuncable, friendly, who cares about making sure the customer getaway worked out.
