Great place, felt like a hotel. was about 9 minutes walk to the main Plaza and felt very safe with the 24/7 reception

El lugar superó mis espectativas. Es un sitio súper acogedor que hace que uno se sienta en casa. La amabilidad se respira en toda la dimensión de la casa. La generosidad de la Sra. Ysabel es algo para destacar. Prestó ayuda a toda hora. Pude conocer lugares maravillosos gracias a sus recomendaciones, además de contar con un riquísimo desayuno por la mañana. La habitación está provista de una iluminación maravillosa (despertar y ver la luz del sol a través de la ventana es todo un placer) y cuenta con excelente tamaño. El hospedaje se encuentra apenas a cinco minutos a pie del mirador de Yanahuara y de otros hermosos paisajes. Pude ir caminando hasta la plaza de Armas de Arequipa (ida y vuelta) sin ningún problema. Estoy seguro que volveré. Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Airbnb. Lo súper recomiendo.

El departamento muy cómodo y bien equipado, cerca de centros comerciales y facilidades aledañas, ademas de estar en una ubicación bastante segura, la anfitriona muy amablemente nos colaboró y estuvo en comunicación constante. Todo excelente gracias!

Es war eine gut gelegene Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Personal, insbesondere Ernesto, der Nachtconcierge, waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Muy lindo lugar en el centro de Arequipa. ¡¡Lo recomiendo!!

You will often read from hosts that "our home is your home". With Pao and Tom it doesnt stop there, you are part of their home and their family. From the first day we were warmly welcomed by Pao, Tom, their sons Sebas and Nico and their kind & cute Chihuahua Lea. Over time we got to know the entire extended family, learned to cook Adobo, played Fronton (Peruvian sport similar to squash), watched Jupiter & the ISS with Tom's telescope, baked cakes together and and and. If you want to really experience the local life, then I can't imagine a better place. The house is located close enough to the city center for all the city's attractions and at the same time you can experience the pretty & safe Cayma district. The Plaza de Cayma is just around the corner with local eateries and a few minutes down the road you get excellent ceviche, bakeries, saltenas etc. There are also two modern malls for those who need them. As a nice side-effect my Spanish improved dramatically in the 3 weeks! :)

We’ve had a wonderful stay at this historic but fully renovated place in the heart of the old town. The central squire and all tourist attractions are just a couple of blocks away but the thick white volcanic rock walls of the building shield the heat and noise away. The inner courtyard and garden offer a refreshing refuge from the busyness of the street. The room was just beautiful, with high vaulted ceiling, lots of space, comfortable bedding and roomy shower. The staff, including Ana herself, were super attentive and caring. We just loved it, couldn’t recommend higher!

Great place, just a block from the plaza de armas and awesome hospitality. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife is very much alive here. We were able to hear the partying from a near by night club, the music went on all night, but it didn’t bother us at all. Might not be for you if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, it’s a great value. Recommended for sure.
